The ornament is beautiful...however the text is a little off center. Still looks great and my boyfriend loved it, but I was a little dissapointed with it being off center, but not enough to send it back. Other than that, it's great.

I was very pleased with the price and personalization. The only drawback- it is difficult to see the ornament on the tree unless you have it directly in front of a Christmas tree light.

Everything is exactly as I expected and it came in very fast. I would give it a "5" but I am really annoyed that they left/stuck a "made in china" sticker right in the middle of it. I had to scrub it off and use acetone to get all the residue. They should really know better.

The engraving on this ornament is beautiful. I'm happy I ordered it. The gold ribbon is not great quality but can be easily changed.

Nice little ornament - thought it would be heavier, but I guess it is better for hanging on the tree!

i was looking for a personalized wedding gift without having to spend too much. this was what i was looking for. i didn't want the traditional looking ornament. this is classier.

Bought this for my wife and myself. Its exactly as pictured. Its beautiful and very well made. Personally perhaps i would have wanted a lttle frosting on it. But overall its a great item.

This ornament is quite nice. My daughter and her new husband will be happy to receive it. It arrived in the mail just a few days after I ordered it. It was packaged very nicely. The engraving could have been somewhat heavier in order to be more noticeable, yet I am still pleased with this purchase.

This item came in looking good, it came in as promissed. This only has 4 stars, because of how the writing was on it. It seems to be a bit shallow, or hard to see unless get closer or direct light.

I got this as a surprise for my new husband. He hates surprises...well more because he too curious and excited to know right then and there what the surprise is. The only thing I wish is that the heart was a little larger but either way I know he'll love it.

I bought this heart as a gift for my husband. He was deployed with the NAVY when his Aunt and Uncle died. I had the heart engraved with their names. My husband was very happy when he got it. It was well protected in a nice velvet type bag. I wish the heart was a bit more eleborate but for the quality and care it was perfect! The golden bow it came with is still intact and hasn't frayed yet. I recommend this product to everyone!

This was my first time ordering a personalized glass ornament from this PM. The ornament is beautiful, but you can't see the engraved writing that well.

I liked this glass heart ornament a lot but wished the engraving was darker. Had to turn the ornament slightly to see it well.

Overall, the item is fine, very heavy though so it does weigh the branch down. Also, all the font is the same size, not how the image advertises it. Don’t waste your money on the gift box! It’s the cheapest pop up box that they stuck an item label on and the gift message is literally printed on a shipping label so I couldn’t use either. Save your $5!

Beautiful product although hard to see the information on ornament.

I was not 100% pleased with how this order came out as the enscription turned out so light it was hard to read. I had selected a green color font but did not expect it to turn out so hard to see. The ornament itself is very nice, though!

It wasn't really what I expected. I thought it would be a little nicer.

The print is really small. I did not have the option to make the font bigger. It only prints on one side, so it looks backwards on the other side.

Very cute, however unless your right up on it or there is a light shining directly behind it the words are very hard to read.

The picture of the ornament looked so much better online than it did in person. A tad disappointed that it looked so cheaply made and worth less than what I'd paid for it...I guess you get what you pay for though. :-/

The etching doesn't have high contrast, it's ok, but one I've purchased from here before looked much better. Also, there was no string provided to hang it like in the past.

I love that they inscribed the ornament. It's our first engaged Christmas so I am happy with that. The ornament you receive it is very thin they should make them thicker.

Everything was really great besides the fact that two of the letters were smooshed together and it just really messed up the whole thing. Other than that I love the service and his fast it got here. Just sad that it didn’t turn out as the preview had shown. In the picture you can see that the last word is supposed to say patterson’s But the n and s just got jumbled together.

The ornament came out nice but I was a little disappointed that the writing on part of the ornament was really large. It did not seem that large on the preview and it did not tell you it was bigger than the other writing. Other than that, the ornament cane out nice.

It's just so so, the first package came my item was broken in a million pieces. I called and asked that they put the replacement in a box cause its glass! Got the second one in one piece, but still not in a box. Who ships glass without putting in a box!
The item is cute, but letters on glass don't stand out as much as I would've liked.

I thought it would be a bit bigger. I then realized just how big can it be for a christmas ornament. It was very pretty.

The etching came out great as always. My only complaint about the item was the the shape of the heart was lop-sided. The top left edge wasn't rounded like a heart should be. It was clearly miscut and we ended up with an ornament that resembled a heart, just with a left-sided problem. I would recommend the site and product to others though. I think mine was an isolated incident. I ordered the same product 2 years ago and it came out perfect.
