My ornament came in. It was packaged well & it was even more lovely in person!

The creations turned out beautifully! This heart is made from just the right amount of glass - sturdy but not too heavy. And the engraving is perfect! I am very satisfied with all of the items, and will definitely order again.

My first order was printed crooked and I was willing to live with it. But Personalization Mall contacted me without me even asking for a replacement and said a corrected version was being shipped out within days. Wow!! Totally unexpected and appreciated. I rarely shop with a company that actually pays attention to reviews and goes above and beyond to make it right!

This ornament was made in honor of my children's and nieces' and nephews' Grandma that had passed away a little over a week before Christmas. I looked for other ornaments in the mall, none really fit the bill. I wanted it to be simple, tasteful and not too depressing. Just a little something to remember Grandma every year and bring them peace and a smile on their faces. Other ones I saw were ornate, too wordy or sad. I was thrilled to have been able to create the ornament exactly the way in which I imagined. I ordered 3 and all were of perfect quality and arrived on Christmas Eve day as promised. We now have a beautiful addition to our tree every year. I would most definitely order a personalized ornament from this company again.
