Valentine's gift I ordered this product and within stipulated time the product was delivered in a cute box with a silver thread wrapped around. I really liked this order as my first valentine gift for my Husband. The best thing is he liked it too. The only thing is I was expecting a little bigger crystal.

Pretty but tiny The product is beautiful. No mistakes or problems and the box it comes in is perfect. Only reason for not a 5 star is because it is very small. I wasn't expecting anything huge but it still surprised me when I saw it.

Beautiful but small It came out so beautiful but it is so small. I don’t know why i thought it was 8x10 size. It’s more 3x4. Would have liked it to be higher. It just looks so nice on the picture.

Disappointed in size The writing on this product was beautiful but the size I was quite disappointed but my husband loved it and that's all that matters

Size The size of this item is very small, not sure if I missed the size notes when I ordered it but was taken away at how small it was when I pulled it out of the shipping box. My wife loved it because of what it is, me.... I needed some glasses to be able to read it.

I was told it would be here before Christmas I got it 8 days after Christmas. I did like the product it was very nice. I would have ordered more things but it took so long to get here and it was a Christmas gift. Every time I called FedEx They kept telling me it would be delivered the next day and then 3 days later than 4 days later I got it 8 days after Christmas.. I even called your company and they didn't seem too concerned about it I was going to order something else but I didn't think it would be here in time.

Too small I figured it would be a decent size, but it is so tiny. It does not tell you dimensions, i would not have bought if i knew it was this small.

Pay attn to size description The picture makes it look way bigger than it is. I'm actually embarrassed to give this to my boyfriend. If it wasn't for it saying how I feel, I wouldn't give it to him. Also, I was hoping it would have some type of base in the back to help it be more stable. Since there is only one blown up picture of the front, the sides and back are unable to be seen. Unfortunately, this small piece has to stand on its own & can be easily knocked over.

Smaller than it appears The item is beautiful, unfortunately it is smaller than I expected and therefore the inscription is so small you can barely read it. I thought when I ordered it was 5 x 7. However it is smaller. I dont recall seeing the size any where

Tiny Most of the engraving was very nice. Signature portion is very small and hard to read. Item is actually very small and fits in the palm of your hand!
