Nice but too small The product came up nice and cute, but I was expecting something a little bigger for the price(never checked the size tho),it was delivered on time, I would skip the deluxe package it's a joke, waste of money looks nothing but cheap.get your own box.

Ok Thought is was engraving but is not and the glass is not glass it's plastic

Cute! Made this for my husband for our 20 year anniversary/valentines. It turned out really cute and It was done well. The one thing I was disappointed about was the fact that I spent $30 on it and to finally see the size. It was very very small for the amount. I probably will not order from this company again and will look for something a bit more worth my money.

Bad Shipping The product itself was great. Shipping took an extra day for some reason so the product didn't arrive for my anniversary.

Great Thought This item is very beautiful however that's where it stops. The etching of the personalized request is very small, and hard to read who it's to and who it's from. Also it would be great if it came with a small stand. I won't recommend this product.

Hit & Miss The material, glass clarity, and item weight were all exceptional. The size was smaller than expected which was entirely my mistake. With that said, because this is a smaller item, some of the letters on my wife's name nearly ran together.

Small I didn't realize this product was so small when I ordered it the clarity is poor can barely see the writing

Will I next time The Priductvwas great but I was unable to read the writings. The color of the font was white so it made it hard for me to see.
The font at the bottom also made it hard to read. While placing the order the font appeared to be black. I was disappointed.

Difficut to Read Because of Size "You're All I Need" is nice size but message is very small because item is only 4" x 3" and script made it difficult to read. It is a sweet thoughtful message if you know what you are expecting.

Nice but small This product was nice however it is tiny. The picture they show is deceiving but if you look at the dimensions you see that it's very small. I wish I had paid more attention to the size but do like the product

The box states that the keepsake is a paper weight, but that was no where in the description. I wish I would have known ahead of time and I wouldn't of have bought it.

What surprised me was the size of the item, I pay a good penny for this product for it to be that small. I think if I am spending $40 on a piece of glass that is engraved then it would be bigger then that. This item was not the size of a $40 item. I like the product just don't like the size I got for what I paid.
