Late Shipping I am very disappointed by the seize of the keepsake but it's a wonderful piece. Second,they really need to improve their shipping method because it suck using Mail innovations . Will never shop here again . For a first time I had a bad experience

Size problem! By Shopper (Palm Bay, FL) - November 23, 2015 Pay attention to the size if its even mentioned. Its very tiny, not even worth a place on the mantle. The detail is nice and clear so I like that but I would NOT have ordered had I known the size!!!

 DisappointedMade a mistake in not realizing how small this keepsake (really a paperweight) was. Can't blame the Mall for that...but the fact you can't even read the inscription written on it is totally disappointing.

Not what I expected I was extremely disappointed in the personalized keepsake. It was very small, and definitely not what I expected. I bought it for a gift and it was soo small I was embarrassed to give.

Misconceiving The picture is deceptive. The item is extremely small. The picture gives you a false idea of what the item will look like in person. Totally feel misled.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED By Shopper (Bayonne, NJ) - January 29, 2017 When I first received and looked at this item, I thought they had forgotten to ad the wording on it because it was totally invisible. After moving it around and looking at it from different angles, I finally saw the print. Please be aware that you don't have a choice in the color of font and the only way you will be able to read the words is by having a dark background behind it. If they had mentioned that when I was ordering this product, I never would have bought it.
