Very nice The quality of the product was excellent! The preview did not show me that the hole for the string would be exactly where my husband’s eyeball was buuut other than that I was very pleased.

2 sided ornament. I had ordered my first picture ornament from Personalization Mall. I was so disappointed. I didn't notice while I was viewing it before I checked out that the hole where you put the string through was right in the middle of my boyfriends forehead and the other side, the hole covered his face. I had paid extra for rush delivery but couldn't put it on tree. I called customer service and was told I approved the picture so they said I have to do a new order and pay again.

Turned out great By Shopper (Park Hills, KY) - January 1, 2018 These turned out great and are just as described. The main thing that could have been better is the process for making the ornament. The ornament is a circle yet it wants you to crop the picture into a square and then you have to try to perfectly fit the square picture into the circle ornament without cutting out part of the picture you want to be shown while also considering the ornament hole at the top and the wording at the bottom.

In Memory of Dad ornament for siblings I was impressed with the quality of one of my pictures that was taken almost 20 years ago on the back of my ornament. I only give this 4 stars because I wish the 2nd line would have shown up better. If it was bold too it would have been perfect. I ordered 15 ornaments and loved them all!

Great ornament By Shopper (Allen Park, MI) - December 16, 2017 I love my ornaments, the only reason I didn’t rate it 5 stars was I wish they allowed you to rotate your image (like in a circular way) to move certain features in the picture away from the ornament hole. Otherwise great product, quick shipping, will definitely order again!

Good, but not perfect I ordered 5 of these. 4 turned out perfect, exactly as I had the pictures in the preview. However, on the last one, the front picture actually was raised a bit more and the hole for the string cut off someone's head. It was tight to begin with, but on the preview, I lowered the pic enough that it wouldn't happen. But in the printing, the pic must have shifted. My advice is to allow enough room on top in case the pic shifts a bit. Otherwise, these were very nice.

Ornaments Review 3 out of the 6 of the ornaments I ordered were perfect. The other two ended up having the hole blocking much of a person's face. They weren't that bad when I reviewed before ordering. The holes ended up being through their face. The others I ordered were perfect, loved them and I know the people who receive them will love them, hoping the others will too, just disappointed that they ended up that way on 3 of them, 2 worse than the others but hoping its the thought that counts. The opposite side was good. I love the ornaments because they're so unique and special. It lets the person receiving the gift know that you personally thought about them and will be a special memory forever.

Good but small print I love how the pictures turned out and I love the quality of the porcelain. The only problem is I can barely read the names because the font is so small and in cursive that is very elegant but tiny! Maybe I missed where you can enlarge the print, I don't know.

Picture ornaments I didn't use the 2016 on the back because it always seemed to be over someone's face when I was creating it. I order picture ornaments each year and this year the picture is not as clear as usual. I used same camera, download and resolution. So I am not sure what the change was.

Nice material The ornament is heavy and made well. The pictures don't seem as crisp looking as they were on the display pictures. Would've liked the photos to be more clear on actual ornament. Overall very pretty.

Wish they had an option with just text and not such a big colored area which makes it tricky to find an appropriate image to use. All in all we are happy with the purchase.

Not mine ornament When my product arrived I was pleased. I've done this three years in a roll and will do it again. Reason it's not 5 stars is that the first time it arrived it had someone else's ornament inside. The costumer service was 5 stars and my correct order came before Christmas. I was glad I didn't wait till last minute.

Choose a light picture Love these ornaments. I wish I had chosen lighter pictures or they had lightened them as they are too dark to see very clearly. The preview looked fine, but I was disappointed in the final product.

Original Ornaments Loved the ornament! Great to have 2 sided and be able to use different photos on each side. Only thing I wish is that the numbers for the year on the back could be able to move up or down so it didn't obstruct the faces or picture on the back. Or make the numbers a little lighter so that it was more transparent.

Cute ornament Picture came out darker than i expected and reviewed online but gift was loved by all. Wish they would fix the darkness. I ordered 4 ornaments with 4 different pics and all had same issue.
