Keepsake Ornament I gave this as a gift to relatives. Good quality - didn't feel chintzy. Easy uploading of picture. I didn't give it five stars only because I felt the picture could've been clearer (could have been my digital file), but otherwise I thought it was a lovely gift.

It comes in a pouch making it easy to gift wrap. However, the printing looked obviously printed on. Not clear and bright like in the examples. That would be my only hesitation from ordering again.

However, I was a little upset with the shipping options. I believe I picked one rung above standard shipping, 3-5 business days. And it took almost 2 weeks to get my order. Not sure if weather or the holidays had something to do with this, but if you say 3-5 business days, I expect it. Overall product is great, company still needs a little work.

Christmas Ornament for Grandson I like everything about the ornament except for where the hole is placed for the ribbon. I thought I worked it to where it would be inbetween the two grandmothers but it was not. Other then that I know my grandson will LOVE his ornament due to the fact this is one of his favorite pictures of the year.

I bought an ornament for my best friends birthday with our picture on it. The hole for the string is right through the middle of my head! I took my time to position us so this didn’t happen but it happened anyway.

Not same as preview By Shopper (Valparaiso , IN) - December 10, 2018 I was happy with the one side of my ornament as the picture was darker but the back side with the 2018 fell short. I was wondering if the light color of the photo would be an issue and was happy that in the preview of what I was going to get it looked great, however.....reality is that the photo is completely whitewashed and you can only see the 2 and half of the zero on the ornament making it look like a complete fail. I wish the actual item looked like the preview because I would have been happy. Still gave 3 stars because the flip side of ornament looks great.

Not a sharp image The ornament looked pretty but the picture wasn’t very sharp. We had the picture professionally taken. It looks like a copy of a copy.

Ornament The picture quality was great, but they punched a hole right in the middle of my newborns face. The website should clarify where the hole for the string is going to go whenever we are editing the picture.
