 Ornaments Nice ornaments but someone needs to review the orders so that the holes don’t go through someone’s body parts on the pictures. The pictures don’t come out too clear.
They are nice but not worth the full price. I got mines on sale so I am satisfied.

2 Sided Tree Ornament By Shopper  (Greensboro, NC) - December 18, 2017 Ornament presented in lovely velvet bag. The quality it is made of is great but the color is too dark. It did not look this dark when I personalized it online. Very disappointed in the darkness.

A little disappointed this year By Shopper (Chicago, IL) - December 17, 2017 I ordered 15 personalized two sided ornaments with photos. I order from here every year, because I love these ornaments. This year I was a little disappointed. At least half of the ornaments are blurry or part of the picture was cut off (even though it wasn’t cut off in the preview). I love the Christmas deals, and was thrilled to save some money, but I really hope the quality improves before next year.

Not the normal By Shopper (Wickliffe, OH) - December 17, 2017 I’ve been buying this ornamament for years for my son’s Christmas ornament. This year is the first year that I was unhappy with the quality. The printing looked grainy to me. It just was not the same.

Hole in the head My daughter in laws head had a hole for the ribbon to hang. Please let customers review before proceeding with order.

Too Cropped The photo had my granddaughter's head cut off. The photo should be able to be seen on the ornaments before sending order in and it didn't give that option.

2 sided ornament with date stamped on back The ornament was tricky to crop the pictures to fit the desired frame on the ornament, but with trial and error I was able to get it done. When the product arrived however, the year stamped on the back was not in the exact location as I had planned and it obstructed a bit of my granddaughter’s face. I was a tad disappointed.

2 sided ornament Overall nice product, but came with one side very blurry. Was sent another one, but should come perfect the first time.

Mostly good I was very happy with most of the ornaments but it doesnt show accurately where the hole will go in the preview and ended up being right in the middle of his forehead and was very noticeable without the red lines around it as in the preview

The picture got chopped off By Shopper (Liberty Twp, OH) - December 13, 2017 The ornament is very nice, but my picture got chopped off. There was no way to drag the picture to make it so a head didn't get chopped off. It would be helpful to be able to maneuver the picture ahead of time.

Wording print is not clear Disappointed in print, words are almost fuzzy, hard to read. Ordered 4 of these as gifts. Probably not giving them, they are that unclear.

Blurry picture By Shopper (Raleigh, NC) - December 13, 2017 The quality of the ornament itself was good, but when reviewing my order online the picture looked great. It was a high resolution pic and was not blurry at all when confirming my order. However, when I got the ornaments, which I ordered 10, I was very disappointed to see the pics looking blurry. I don’t have time to return and didn’t want to go through the hassle but I’m not as excited to give them as gifts now.

You get what you pay for Not ideal but for $4.99 I guess they were okay. The problem was in sizing the photos. They were faces of the kids' school pictures. The options for sizing weren't great so heads were cut off. But the worst part was the placement of the hole for the string used to hang from the tree--right in the middle of the forehead or through the eye. I realize that this probably couldn't be avoided 100% but since there was no way to know this ahead of time, it came as a surprise. I would highly recommend anyone using a face option for the picture to think about these results first. See example.

Ehhh Wasn’t to crazy about this. You definitely have to find a small picture for this or else everything gets cut off.

Meh My other ornaments turned out fairly nice. This one however, cut off more of the picture then it had showed on the preview and it was darker colored too.

Nice but not the quality it has been in past years Every year I order picture ornaments for the grandparents. These are okay but the picture colors were more orangy than in reality. I'm not sure what changes have been made in production but these look and feel cheaper than they have in past years

OK I guess I was disappointed that the pics weren't clearer & more centered. & The 2016 was over the face in the pic.

Ornament I love the ornament but I feel like it was rushed. I purchased 5 ornaments. Two of them were not done well. One of them had the hole for the ornament placed in the person's face and the other was off center. It's unfortunate as this is the first time they have messed up my order.

Blurry Ornament By Shopper (Kent, WA) - December 27, 2016 This is the only item from personalization mall that I have been disappointed in. The picture was blurry and even the writing on the back that was their font and size came out blurry in the middle and normal and normal on the edges, so it wasn't even. I used their suggested size for the picture, etc so I am not sure what the problem was. All 3 of the ornaments I ordered turned out this way. Will not order this item again.

Could have been better This is the first item from Personalization Mall that has not met my expectations. The hole in the ornament punched out the eye of a person in the photo. I wish the placement of the hole was in a better position.

Considerate? Got this as a gift for my mother. Picture quality was good, however the holes to hang the ornament went right through the eye of my daughter on one side. Would think someone would take note of that and make necessary adjustments. At least one side is good.

Not as good as last year I ordered some photo ornaments as gifts for family. They thought they were nice, but I was not impressed. The color was slightly off and the images were not very clear; almost a little blurry. I compared this year's ornaments to last year's (also order from PM) and it's very obvious that the quality is not the same. Unfortunately, this will likely be the last time I order from here.

Disappointing I've always been pleased with products from this company. I had high hopes for these ornaments commemorating a vacation with friends. I knew the quality of my original pictures wasn't great, but I was limited due to the cropping options for the ornament shapes. When they arrived (later than expected), I was impressed with the quality of the product itself, but the printing quality was poor and inconsistent, the pictures were blurrier than the original images and one was clearer than the others.

Picture looked faded This is my second year buying Christmas ornaments and this year the pictures weren't clear. Very blurry and it seemed like the printer was running out of ink. It's not my resolution because I used high quality pics. All 4 ornaments looked the same quality.

EXTREMELY BLURRY By Shopper (Prunedale, CA) - December 6, 2016 The picture was a little smaller than I expected but more importantly the name and year were very light and extremely blurry. You could barely read the year. I really like the ornament just bummed the blurriness of the year and name.

Nice Was pretty...the wording I wish could have been an option to delete...received very scratched on the surface on one side. Was too late to try and return needed it as a gift just wish it wasn't so scratched, other than that it's a nice gift but had to buy something else in place

Double sided ornament I have done these before and they were perfect and I would have given 5 Stars. This time the picture is off a little from what I saw on the computer. I will just live with it and be more careful next time.

Multiple copies lack quality By Shopper (Uxbridge, MA) - December 27, 2014 I ordered one of these for my tree and it came out great! We loved it so much that I ordered a few more - 3 (with the same photos) for grandparents gifts. One of the 3 were great, just like the original - great photo quality and color representation. Then next two were not great, the colors were muted, and the photo quality was a little fuzzy. It was disappointing since they were being used as gifts. My suggestion would be to make multiple of the same if you need more than 1...

Not My Favorite PMall Item By Shopper (Tampa, FL) - December 23, 2014 I've ordered a TON of items, including other Christmas ornaments, from PersonalizationMall.com but this is probably my least favorite, unfortunately. The wording on the front of the ornament is not centered (no control over this when personalizing) and the picture on the back is not cropped how I approved, including the 2014 being over people's faces, as mentioned - not what was approved.

Nice, but could be better By Shopper (Hamilton, OH) - July 20, 2013 I love the idea of this ornament, but it didn't turn out exactly as expected. I took great care in centering my photos (I ordered 2), but for some reason the actual ornament is slightly off from the preview. The center hole cuts into someone's head farther than it should have. I would still order again, but this ornament will only work with select photos.

The glass ones are better The picture looks a little fuzzy even though I used a great quality picture. I also didn't like the way it rounded off the picture either. It doesn't look as pictured. I got it during the Xmas in July sale so I only paid $3 which makes it worth it for the price. If I had paid more I would have been upset.

Just ok I've purchased a lot of things from Personalization Mall, all of which I loved. This ornament, however, is not in my top 10. The photo was pretty blurry, as was the writing on it as well. It's still really nice, just not top quality as I have come to expect.

Quality has decreased Bought very similar ornaments a few years ago and loved them but when I received these in the mail I was disappointed with the quality. These seem smaller, thinner, and more fragile. The coloring is moderate, not as bright and vibrant although the picture was. Will continue to shop from personalization all but will not buy this product again.
