Nice ornament By Shopper (Riverside, CA) - December 19, 2022 I would give this product a 5 star but I was a little disappointed, usually when I order these which I have gotten a few every year for the past 6 years they came with a velvet bag to keep them in when you take them off your tree this time no bags just the bubble wrapped bag. Other than that we are very happy with the quality and turn out of the ornament.

Submit light photos Love these ornaments in every way except they are darker than they appear on screen. Had I known, I would have submitted photos with more light or lightened the photo before submitted.
Otherwise, they are great quality.

Just Right! By Shopper (Florence, AL) - January 12, 2020 I wanted a special ornament for a young acquaintance and his daughter. This was just right. The only issue is the second line needs to be a tiny bit bigger, perhaps a different font or maybe white, as it is a bit hard to read against the red background.

Photo quality just ok I ordered three ornaments with pictures on the front and back. The order came quickly and on time before Christmas. Two out of the three ornaments look pretty good as far as photo quality though not entirely clear. May be due to the size restrictions of the smaller ornament. One of the ornaments has a photo on it that looks stretched out, so not entirely like the original photo that I thought I had uploaded. Overall, the gift recipients seemed happy with their gifts.

classic holiday 2 sided ornament It takes a little bit of finesse to get the picture centered without cutting off parts of the photo, but the finished product was great. An ornament that will be cherished forever..Lovely keepsake and nice quality product.

Had a spot on the ornament but company replaced. Nice but colors not bright. By Shopper (Beloit, OH) - December 21, 2019 I received this item along with another photo ornament that I had ordered.
There was a white spot on the face of the girl on the ornament. Which most likely means that there was an air pocket or piece of dust when the transfer was applied. The company replaced the item & rushed the shipment so that I could have it by Christmas. My only problem with that is that it was a long process with customer service & then send a picture of the item to an email address. Then received a response that they would replace or refund, then had to call customer service back to ask for the replacement. Did it that way so I didn't have to have the wait time for a response on email. These are nice but the colors weren't bright. They say it's because its a matt finish but I had one side bright & one side was not. Sorry have to give honest info.

Good not great Ordered multiple products at once including pillows and blankets, using the same photos. They all came out great but the ornament had much brighter effects and reduced overall quality. Overall, it’s good.

Classic Holiday Ornament 2 sided By Shopper (Spring Hill, KS) - February 8, 2019 I loved the idea of putting a family photo on one side and a photo of my son's first trip to see Santa on the other. Both pictures came out a bit pix-elated and fuzzy. Though it could have been my photo, I doubt it. Both photos were professional photos. Still love the ornament but wish they were more crisp images.

Love it but didn't like where hole was placed... I love the ornament minus the placement of the hole. My son's face has a big hole in it which I thought was not appealing.

Nice looking, little uneven The product looks nice, liked the double-sided picture option. I spent much time making sure my pics were centered perfectly before I ordered, but several ornaments were a bit off center. Not consistent in placement of pics/graphics for these.

Great Quality, A Little Heavy I'm very pleased with the quality of the ornament and pictures, but it is a little heavy to hang on the end of a branch.

Tricky Overall I’m ok with the ornament. The sizing on the graphic is a little misleading on the site. The actual graphic on it was a bit small and hard to read.

Photo ornaments I ordered two photo ornaments and they both turned out very nice. The problem is that only one of them arrived with a ribbon with which to hang it. Disappointed!
