My granddaughter got a new cat a few weeks ago and wanted to commemorate the occasion with a 1st Christmas ornament. This was perfect. Turned out great!

I have purchased these ornaments to honor our cats for years and the quality has always been perfect and everything exactly as I wanted. This year, as soon as I completed the order, I realized I had made a mistake and left out a word. I phoned customer service and the problem was corrected. I received my ornaments they were fantastic, just as they have always been.

I got this for my sister who lost her dog a few months ago and has been so lost without her. We have always had these ornaments made when we have lost a family member and her dog was her baby. She is going to be hung on her tree this year and then on a stand all year long so she will always be able to see her Joanie. I love the way it comes out. This is the second ornament I’ve ordered to memorialize our two lab brothers who crossed the rainbow bridge this year. The photo on the ornament is very sharp. It’s the perfect tribute to each of our dogs.

The ornament is thick, durable & made well. The personalization was beautiful & correct. The picture clarity is great but there was a small issue with the photo placement causing the picture to be cut off, but the company is working with me to correct it.

My daughter and her husband lost their sweet cocker spaniel this Fall to cancer. I wanted to remember Chawlee with an ornament. . Although I ordered it at the last minute, it arrived when promised and is exactly what I wanted.
