The product was great I have to say that the "In Loving Personalized Memorial Photo Ornament" was better than I expected. Very durable and exactly as it is shown. I had several that the name was off center - called the company and they immediately sent replacements. We use them often and love the company.

Christmas presents I purchased the 2-sided photo ornament as early Christmas presents for my boyfriends family who recently lost there mother. The quality of the ornament is very nice. They are not cheap looking and I will definitely purchase these again.
