Bar none, every item I have received from Personalization Mall has been of the utmost quality, this ornament is no exception. I strongly recommend Personalization Mall to all of my family/friends. We lost my father in law at the beginning of the year. I knew it would be a difficult Christmas for all of us. I saw these and thought it was a great way to keep him involved in our Christmas as well as pay him well deserved tribute. I ordered 5 for various people I knew would appreciate it and they would cherish it for as long as they lived. Each one had different picture of my father in law and there was enough space to add his relationship with the person receiving the ornament after his name for example (BROTHER), (DAD), (GRANDPA) ECT. this really made them personal to those receiving them. I LOVED THEM and so has everyone who has gotten theirs as I am sure the others will as soon as I hand the rest out.

I can't say enough good things about the product. I am very pleased with the quality and the look of the product. It does not look cheap or cheesy so to speak. I was amazed at how beautiful it turned out and ended up order more. I have since ordered other products from the site and am very pleased.

This ornament turned out exactly as shown, but with my mother's picture. Very nice quality and the photo was clear and centered. It was packaged nicely with a black velvet pouch to keep the ornament from getting scratched when not in use. The Silver stand was nicer than any other hanger I had ever seen. Both ornament and stand made a beautiful Christmas gift for under $20.00. The service was very quick and ordering was extremely convenient. I will be using this company for many years to come. I can't say enough about how quickly, safely packaged and accurate they were in taking care of this order.

the ornament is of good quality and exactly as pictured. it is nice that it comes in a velveteen sack for safe storage. i bought them for each of my siblings and my father to remember my mom at our first christmas after her passing. i'm sure they will be well received.

I lost my father on 8-24-13 and for Chrismtas i order 9 of these for all my sisters and my mom and i order 1 for Father in law also when they came to home i started tocry they are so BEAUTIFUL and done wonderful and they came so fast in regular mail .....I just order know for my MOM and mother inlaw the pillow case with there Husbands on it SO at night they can HUG THEM AT NIGHT TIME

This item has exceeded my expectations. I chose it because the photo is 'made' onto the ornament instead of having a spot for a photo, which I have had in the past and the photo ends up fading/falling out over time. I also like the fact that it is not 'holiday themed' so I can have it out all year long.
