An ornament that touches your heart By Shopper (Sun Valley, CA) - January 18, 2012 Excellent ornament! Everything I ever imagined it could be. I lost my brother last year but still wanted him close by for the holidays. I got this ornament in the mail and it just brought tears to my eyes. It was amazing! My only tip is to use a distant picture, not too close up.

great memory Every year my boyfriend and I get a new ornament and this was our 5th xmas together, a very dear friend of ours passed away and we thought this was a very nice idea. It looks better in person than in picture. We chose the perfect picture that showed who he was and his personality, we love it.

Wonder Product This item was a replacement for a prior order where one item had a slight flaw. I was so impressed with this company and how they treated me. Very nice By Shopper (New Holland, PA) - January 9, 2012 Ordered this ornament for my mom, my sister, and myself in memory of my dad who passed away a few months ago. They turned out better than I expected. Everyone loved them. One of the ornaments had a very visible gray mark at the bottom. I called customer service and they immediately addressed my problem and shipped another one out right away, which was perfect. So, cudos for their customer service too.

I ordered 6 Forever In Our Hearts Photo Memorial Ornaments and when received there was white line on both the top and side - seemed to be where the picture ended. When I sent the picture, these white lines did not exist. I called and told them what I received. The customer service representative could not have been nicer. She was able to see that there were no white lines on the picture submitted. She apologized and I was shipped 6 replacements with perfect pictures of my deceased parents. Thanks for taking care of this and providing me and my siblings with a great remembrance of my parents.

Excellent customer service The initial arrival of the ornament had a photo on it that looked over exposed. The colors were not right and I was disappointed. I contacted customer service and the ornament was re-done and sent off that next morning, no charge to me. I received it with in 2 day and it was beautiful! I have always been impressed with the quality of the work and grateful for their wonderful customer service! I will continue to shop here and recommend them to my friends.

sentimental gift Sadly, earlier this year my husband's grandmother passed away. I knew how close he was to her and I wanted to give him a gift that I knew would tug at his heart. I ended up purchasing 3 of this ornament (one for my husband, his sister and parents). It was a sentimental moment for everyone. It was the best gift (I feel) I could have given, and I highly recommend it.
The ornament is fragile, so if you have small children or pets make sure to put it at the top of your tree.
