I had gotten before and it was a little larger than what I got and it wasn't same glossy finish. I guess I made wrong choices. Wish my past order would have came up as buy again so I could adjust from that and got same product

These make the best sympathy gifts - people love them - could just have more space for the picture with less framing around the picture. Love the two sided where a verse of scripture can just about fit-

turned out great. picture is smaller on the ornament than what you see when ordering. not a deal breaker though.

I really liked this custom ornament! I gave mine as a gift and not a death memorial but landmarks of life’s journey. It was quite thin but well done. The picture was crisp and clear. My only suggestion would be to replace with a better ribbon. It was a nice cream/ tan ornament with a cheap shiny silver ribbon for hanging. It didn’t match at all. Still- a very nice gift and good quality.

The ornament was loved by all that received it.

This product was just as I expected and is a good value for the money. I love giving these away as Christmas gifts to my friends who lost family members during the year.

Loved the idea of having a memorial ornament for my dad. Was hoping the picture would be a little clearer like the preview of the ornament when I finished my order but it was a little grainy. Still like having an ornament though.

I thought it would have had a gloss finish.

The ornament came out as expected. Make sure you choose a vibrant photo- the one I had was an older photo so looks a little washed out. Also ornament doesn’t come with ribbon or hangar for tree so make sure you have that.

This memorial ornament is a nice idea. It took a bit to get the picture to show on the ornament like I had hoped. Still isn't perfect, but is really nice. Sturdy and well made.

This ornament is very good quality and the price/sale was just what I needed to purchase five of these ornaments. The finish is a bit hazy, which could be intentional due to it be a memorial photo ornament.

The product is nice however the picture is a bit blurry on each.

Overall ornament is very nice except ink should be darker.

This ornament is very nice / had several made to give to family members for Christmas 2020. Only reason for 4 stars - wish I could have had an extra text line on the back since there is extra space.

This item is very nice but the area for the photo is smaller so make sure you use a good quantity photo!

This is lovely. I was a little disappointed in the size but that is my fault, I should’ve chose the larger one.

The first ornament they sent me the photo was blurry so I emailed them and they redid it and sent it out as soon as they could. I received my replacement within 2-3 weeks.

I love your website and the quality of the ornaments I order which is why I use your site repeatedly. The ornaments are beautifully made but this time, I am at a loss for how the incorrect birth date was changed from 5/26/51 (the correct date) to 12/26/51 (the incorrect date) which was printed on the ornament.

I would have only one criticism in working with this site, in that there isn't an editing tool that would shrink the selected picture down to a ratio that would fit the limited ornament space available, it only offers cropping which cuts off most of the selected picture.

Was a lovely present for my daughter-in-law who lost her grandmother this year. It was slightly smaller than I expected. Adding dimensions would be a good idea.

I loved the ornament with personalized picture of someone whom we have lost. Very delicate and best way to honor them. I would like a better string to hang the ornament.

I have ordered from them before with perfect results. But the last item I purchased had some minor imperfections which is why I only gave 4 stars. I would still order more.

The only thing that I was not happy with was the quality of the photo on the ornament. Every thing else was as I ordered.

The overall quality was good. My only gripe would be that the hole for the lanyard wasn’t centered so the ornament hangs crooked.

Really loved this, the picture came out in really good quality. My only issue was for some reason the font size was significantly smaller than it was in the stock photo. I used the same phrase and I even tried a few times to edit to see if maybe it was a glitch. My cousin ordered the same one and her font came out just fine. That is the only reason I made it 4 stars. If it would of been the right size font it would have been perfect.

The photo was a little blurry but the glass ornament was heavier and nicer than I expected. I can't tell if it was the quality of my photo or the print, but it was still a beautiful gift.

The ornament was beautiful. My only complaint is the photo was much darker than I expected it to be, make sure to use a bright picture

I gave this ornament to a friend who’s mother recently passed away and she loves it. The picture on the ornament came out nicely as did the sentiment.

I ordered 7 of these ornaments for my husband's family, following the death of my husband's brother. I was very very pleased with how they turned out. They were shipped very quickly too. The only thing I wish is the back of the ornament's engraving was larger. I will definitely use Personalization Mall again!

I really love the ornament I purchased in honor of my mother in law. My only complaint was that the picture was printed on it a little off center. But other than that I love it. It seems to be made of quality material and the picture is clear with good resolution and the words were printed on there beautifully.

We got the matte finish on the ornaments and are somewhat disappointed in how they look. Overall it will be a nice memory for our friends as they decorate the tree each year

I was very pleased with my order. The picture quality was great and the wording I chose on the back was just as I ordered. The only concern I had was the actual weight of the ornaments. I ordered the 3.75". If I were to reorder these, I would probably order the smaller size due to the weight on the Christmas tree. However; if you hang it on a special stand it would be perfect. I ordered 3 or these to honor my precious sister who passed away 6 months ago. The turnaround service was great.I love the pretty bags the ornaments arrived in. I was very pleased. This ornament is very pretty I had made of my husband who passed 6 years ago. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the pictures very small.
