Beautiful memorial. The only thing I would have preferred, is if the space for the picture was round and not oblong. The picture would have uploaded nicely and fit correctly.

Exactly as I created it, good graphics, gave it 4 stars rather than 5 because it is heavy and could prove to be difficult to find it's safe place on a real Christmas tree.

I'm so happy to have found this Memorial Christmas ornament. My only issue was that the back was off-center. That was a little disappointing.

LOVE the idea and the fact that you can add your own inscription (rather than use a somewhat cheesy one already set). I would have given five stars but was a bit disappointed in the fact that my photo on the ornaments came out too dark. I attached a brighter image to my order and for some reason it was darkened on the ornaments. I ordered 7 and people loved them.

I love this ornament and even how perfect the picture printed. My one and I only complaint, the wording on the back doesn’t print as shown in the preview. I didn’t love the way it printed but it’s not awful. I would still buy it again ??

Ornament is great quality and picture came out great. Only thing I didn’t like was the font on the example was big and bold and the one I got was small and light.

The ornament is nice. The picture and print on front were both sideways tilted-not centered. Made ornament look homemade not professional. Otherwise it is a nice ornament itself

WE have purchased and received as gifts,several of these ornaments. They mean so much at Christmas to bring them out and put on Christmas tree. Love everything about them. Nice quality! The only reason I gave this one a 4 star is because in the past the ornaments have come with a pretied nice hanging bow. This one came with a piece of ho-hum ribbon to put on and tie yourself. It didnt match the nice one we have got on our others ones, so we had to go out and try and find ribbon and tie one ourselves.

We not only use this memory ornament at Christmas but everyday! It’s too pretty to put away. Such a wonderful way to help commemorate the ones you’ve lost.

I really like this product. The only thing I would change is being able to space the lines on the back. We would have preferred our four lines being actually four lines, but this wasn't an option. Otherwise, it came out very nice.

I'm pleased with the quality and design. My only disappointment is that the photo is actually a little darker than it appeared on the computer when I ordered it. I will treasure it.

Very nice ornament. The hanger didn't come assembled, and the bow covers part of the picture.

Love it but it is really hard to find a picture that fits. Maybe if the opening was more round than oval it would be great.

Loved being able to personalize this ornament to mean even more to me. However the stuff that was printed on (picture and writing) wasnt centered on the ornament. I was a little disappointed. That still didn't take away from how special this was when I gave it as a gift.

Had to have this ornament redone due to poor print quality. Customer service was very professional and responsive and had a new one out in just days. The final product is a beautiful memorial keepsake that will be cherished for years.

Very nice product, good quality. The actual color of the product is a little off from the picture used to advertise. What I received is a cream/beige coloring with burgundy detailing. However, I was still very happy with what I received.

First One I ordered had blurry print. Called their customer service number and they were very understanding and took care of me to print and ship a new one.

I place and order for two of the same ornaments, one of them was perfect and nicely centered. On the other one it was off to the side and looked offset.
Over all I loved them, very nice quality.

I bought this "in memory" ornament for a friend who recently lost her husband. She was very touched. I was pleased with the quality and the options I had to customize it. Everything was accurate and as requested. The photo was a little blurry, but understandable, since I sent you s copy of a copy.

Came faster than anticipated. The picture was off center from the ornament, but otherwise exactly as picture showed.

I bought this item after we lost my mom in August. I bought it for my sisters, brother & I. Everyone loved it!!
My only suggestion is in the number of letters allowed on the lines. I had trouble fitting what I wanted to say on it.

The website is very user friendly and I'm thrilled with all the product options. I ordered multiple memorial ornaments to give family members this year and while most are perfect there are a few others that are slightly imperfect and off center.
