The ornament was okay, but I was hoping the picture would be a little clearer and the color a little brighter. My family will like it!

The ornament was very nice and wrapped in a velvet bag.

The picture came out a little darker than I'd prefer. But everything else is nice.

I ordered this ornament as a memorial piece for my late husband. I love it! My only single complaint is that the picture quality was a little dark but other than that I am very satisfied !

It seemed the perfect thoughtful gift I am not happy with the limited cropping ability, however, the recipient loved it.

Ordered these and the first time the quality was not good at all. However i called and spoke with a few lovely people who were very helpful and shipped me out new ones, which I had in a few days. They look great!

Great product. I only wish the editing for the picture had more options as putting a memorial picture on an ornament and making it look nice is difficult.

The photo ornament is great but the picture came out a bit dark. It is still a very nice item and a wonderful keepsake.

I was very happy with this ornament..The picture I uploaded online was clearer than what was printed on the ornament. but that would be my only complaint.

I ordered 5 of these ornaments in memory of my father, whom just passed this past year. I ordered these as Christmas presents for my siblings, mother and of course one for myself as well. when they arrived, one of the ornaments was flawed. a noticeable scratch was visible in the picture and the picture on that ornament didnt print correctly and caused a "ghosting" effect. i contacted customer service and a few corespondences and a photographe later, the ornament was replaced(with 2! ornaments) and arrived to me with time to spare before christmas!
i am very pleased with the transaction, the ease of the process and the way i felt i was valued as a customer!

The delivery time was good in spite of the busy season. I ordered three ornaments altogether for three different people and each one of them was very pleased. This is an awesome way to keep your love one memory alive during the holidays. I also loved the material and the pretty bag they came in.

The font is a little on the light side. Otherwise, I can't wait to give it to my mom. The picture came out nice and it is made of good, heavy material.

I have ordered many things from Personalizationmall.com over the years and it has always been top quality. I wasn't as impressed with this item but, for the price it isn't worth complaining. The ornament itself is nice, the wording was off centered and very low. I will still purchase from this site many times in the future.

I've purchased at least seven of these over the years because I think they are very personal and meaningful. But the ones I bought when I first started were nicer in appearance. They still make a thoughtful gift.

First one was off center, remake was perfect

It was of great quality. The only con that I have is that it appears much thinner in the picture when in fact it is thick. It would be nice to also see the width of it in the description.

it was exactly as the proof showed. i really loved it. i didn't give it 5 stars only because there were some minor defects during the varnishing. i just expect a little more polish and smoother surface, but it really was a great gift and my sister and nieces loved it.

This was given to someone whose dog had passed. They were thrilled with it and though I felt the image was too dark they felt it was perfect

I ordered 5 ornaments for various siblings of my best friend. 4 were printed perfectly; one was off center & the writing about the decedent was almost off the bottom. I did not send it back because I wanted to present them to the family for Christmas. Orders could be checked more carefully next time. Thanks!

the memory ornament is a nice design, but the photo area for a small oval is hard to design so it captures the person's face

This ornament turned out very beautiful. It was a tad bit off center but still very nice.

I was pleased with the quality of this ornament. The photo reproduced well. Pay attention to the specifications for photos when you order. I ordered two of the exact same so that I, and my uncle, could each have one for our trees. I do wish was that you had a font choice. I think the script font has a weird looking capital "I" ...Look like a "C" to me. A great gift and a nice size. I ordered the special packaging and was slightly disappointed in the box. It was not like a sturdy little cardboard jewelry box, but rather a fold-down shirt type box that won't hold up to many years.

These ornaments are a great value and memorable gift. They were expedited quickly and well packaged upon arrival.

This ornament is very nice! The quality is good and the look of the ornament is pretty, but the photo and the print are small. I'm afraid my Grandma will have a hard time seeing it. If it was a little larger, this would be perfect.

My ornament is a memorial to our 16 yr old cat that recently died. I love the ornament except the photo is slightly darker than the preview image they showed when I ordered it. I can still see his handsome little face so overall I'm happy with my purchase. I wouldn't hesitate to order this item again.

It is something great for a keepsake in memory of a loved one.

Loved the poem on these ornaments, but wish the font size of the ‘name’ to be inscribed could be made smaller, so you can add more characters of longer names. Unfortunately, we had to have these re-printed for us, due to an obvious misalignment of the printing machine (printing all 10 off-center & wrapping some of the text around one side). Quality control was missing on this batch. But accidents happen and the PM Cust Serv rep (Susanz) was VERY APOLOGETIC, took the time to go thru the entire order & make sure a replcmnt order was submitted immediately for this particular part of our order.
Please note: We have ordered from PM in the past with no problems & did order several other photo style ornaments along with these this year & they all came out great. Since PM is stepping up to correct the obvious printing alignment issue right away with no hassles, we know we’ll indeed return to PM for future orders.

I absolutely love this ornament! I have ordered several and keep coming back. However, the ornaments I ordered this year were not centered and it's pretty noticeable. I bought them for gifts and didn't have time to reorder or call the company about them. Overall, as I said, I love them!

I love the product and the quality. The only issue I had was the picture I received was darker than the one pictured. It is still beautiful though.
