This ornament arrived quickly and was exactly what I expected! Very good buy for a very good price.

THis ornament I ordered for all my siblings and myself since we have just recently lost our dad. It is a great ornament for our rememberance of our dad. It only needs to make the verse under the pic a little larger can hardly read it.

Nice, light weight and good quality to show a memory. Only problem was the preview of the picture wasn't the same. We added white space at the top because the preview kept chopping off some of the head. However, when we got the final product, it left the white space in. Disappointed in that but otherwise nice momento.

They didn’t center the photo so the whole thing is kinda cheap looking

The ornament is nice and the size is as described; it is small. Sadly, though, the photo I uploaded was blurry when they fit it into the ornament leaving me quite disappointed. The preview did not look blurry. I do like Personalization Mall; customer service agents are kind and helpful,and I loved the few other items I’ve purchased, but I would be hesitant to order any photo ornaments in the future. This was a gift; I wish I had taken a photo of the ornament to share. ??

I have not received any of my ornaments yet, so I can't rate the quality.

The product itself is very nice and I am sure the recipient will love it. However, I paid for expedited shipping to have here for a memorial service and it did not arrive in time. I called customer service to let them know, but did not get any reimbursement offer for extra shipping costs.

I have ordered this ornament in the past in glossy and it's simply beautiful. This time I ordered it in matte and was disappointed in the grainy quality. I would definitely buy this again, but I will stick with glossy.

Matte finish does not make the photo look clear - it appears blurry - same image on another "glossy" ornament looks great

I had to reorder this item due to a mistake on my part. Your product was great quality as always but I put an incorrect first name.

Let me first start off by saying that I have ordered stuff from here before and everything has always been beautiful and I have always been satisfied. This Christmas I ordered 4 of the same ornament for a Christmas gift. When my order arrived 2 of them were decent but 2 of them were not. They were printed too light and the centering was off. These were corrected with no cost to me which was very much appreciated. The final products were decent. I do feel like the printed coloring could have been better (more solid, brighter etc). I would order from here again but would just hope the coloring / printing would be better next time. (The color in the photos displayed is not the coloring that was printed on the product. It was lighter).

This item was suppose to be free with a catalog code, but they charged me for it. Just okay.

The ornament was lovely and the quality was great; however, the placement of the photo and the saying on the back is slightly off-center. Since it arrived so close to Christmas, I gave it to my mom as a gift. I am debating calling for a replacement.

Disappointed in how it turned out. Image was grainy even though original was not-also very small image. Would not buy again.

I waited eagerly for this since my daughter had passed away. The product took awhile to get to me, but I felt it would be worth it. The wording and hole for hanging were not centered at all.

I'm kinda disappointed in the way the picture turned out. One side is very dark and makes it hard to see my mom. It doesn't look nearly as dark on the review but darker on the decoration.

It was okay, I was expecting a thicker ornament/better quality and the picture was way darker than the pic in my phone. I was expecting an elegant ornament especially from a personalization store amd especially since it is a memorial of someone past. Just expected more...

The ornament was very nice except the wording was not centered on the ornament. It looks perfect in the review but didn't look like that when I got it. It still is very nice. It shipped really fast and my daughter will love it.

I ordered two different types of ornaments and I liked the other glossy one much better than this one. I didn’t realize I was ordering a different version for my brother and me. It is nicely done but not as dramatic as the glossy one.

I used the same quote that’s on the example ornament and the ornament arrived with very small font size. Why show a picture with larger font size if that’s not what you receive?

This is a memorial ornament honoring my sister that has recently passed away. I expected good quality printing and it's not crisp at all. It's also very small. The photo is also not as clear and nice as I expected. I'm disappointed in the overall quality.

This is the first time I was really disappointed with an order from personalizationmall. The coloring was so far off despite using a professional picture with excellent quality

Good quality item however the picture came out blurry...doesn't look as clear as it shows online. Still a good item for a gift though

The front of the ornament was perfect. The back side was not as crisp as I thought it should be. However, you could still read the lettering. I have purchased this same ornament before and it was better. I must have had a bad batch, but like I said, it was readable - so I only gave this a 3 star, otherwise it would be a 5 star.

This ornament is not as clear as the ornaments I have ordered in the past. The picture is not as crisp. Same picture I used on the other ornaments.

The ornaments I ordered were pretty I am disappointed in the blurring of the picture and the writing on the back was not centered at all. They are Christmas gifts for my family!??

I purchased this as a Christmas gift and when I received it I was a little disappointed. It's good enough to use still, However the entire thing (Picture and print) were blurry. It did not look this way when I previewed it.

I thought these ornaments were metal with engraving. I was disappointed to find out that they are ceramic with computer generated lettering. The photos did not come out clear. The engraving could have been darker. I would not recommend this product. A product that has a photo insert would look better as the photo would be clear. Just my opinion.

The emotional element of this Ornament is nice but the picture is not as clear as I would have liked and a few of the words on the back are fuzzy.

These were nice and looked like the picture for the most part. The only thing I didn't like was the font and size of the font on the back writing. It looked small. I wish I was able to change the font and the size of the writing.

Everything about this ornament was awesome on the website, but......when I received the ornament, I was so very DISAPPOINTED with the writing FOREVER IN OUR HEARTS!!!! It was not legible, I could only read this because I knew what it was suppose to say. I contacted customer service and they said it was not legible because I wrote it in all caps on order!!!!! If they knew this were the case, they should suggest, lower case letters only, when placing order!!!!!( I have seen this on some of their other products.)Also, when I previewed my ornament before ordering,it looked GREAT on preview! So if you are ordering this SPECIAL ornament in memory of a loved one......PLEASE use lower case letters or YOU will be DISAPPOINTED!!! On a POSITIVE note, I loved the ornament other than that one line that was so very hard to read and so VERY important and meaningful to me!!!

Although gorgeous ornaments (IOrdered 2) I have to express my uttermost dissatisfaction with the fact that the error I made on the year of birth wasn't caught. Especially since it hasn't happened yet! ( 2024 instead of 1924!) of course I had to pay for another one since it was my error. But again I feel that should have been flagged before production

In looking for a memorial ornament for my dog, I came across this one. After seeing the preview of what it would look like, I was impressed, so I ordered it. I was excited to receive my ornament, but my excitement faded when I saw the finished product. The way it was printed was a bit crooked, so it affected the whole ornament. Sure, just glancing at it you may not notice, but if you stare at it for longer, you can see the picture and text are off-center. Otherwise, the quality of the ornament is wonderful; a fitting tribute to my sweet pup that I can hang on the tree for years to come. I would just be wary that you may get an ornament not printed straight, so be careful what you order.
