They back their quality My last order in Dec was flawed but after I brought it to their attention, they quickly corrected it and sent out a new batch free of charge. Its perfect just like the other ornaments I've ordered over the years. This is the 5th time I've ordered a memorial ornament and I've loved each one.

Thankful and Grateful! I am so grateful to Personalization Mall for providing such beautiful and special ornaments. I had many members of my family pass away from COVID-19 and other related illnesses. I didn't know what to give the my family members to memorialize our loved ones. These ornaments lifted their hearts and we were able to hang them on the tree in honor of them. Some I purchased, but them other family members decided to purchase some too. These ornaments, garland and lights were the only things on my tree. I purchased hangers to be able to show them all year long on our tables and in our cabinets. I am so Thankful and Grateful!

beautiful ceramic ornament It has been a hard year, but I ordered this Memorial Photo Ornament for my parents after the loss of my brother. My parents loved it, it's beautiful and very well made. Photo was nice and clear.

So beautiful - loved this When my husband passed away last year, someone gifted me one of these beautiful memorial ornaments. Sadly, when my great-nephew passed away this year, I in turn gave one to my sister and my niece, and they loved it as well. It was so easy to order and was delivered when they said. Such a beautiful memorial for a loved one. I cherish mine and now both my sister and niece cherish theirs.

Great Ornament Rememberance This is a great quality ornament. Was worried that the size would allow to see the words well. But it turned out great. The photo was very clear, and the packaging was great.
