I actually got this for my mother and my kids. I'm Julie and we broke an ornament that one of the kids made and she was upset and then all of a sudden your ad popped up. So I ordered it and yes we cried it is beautiful. Thank you so much for this keepsake that'll will go for generations

Every year my mother gave her grandchildren high quality tree ornaments She passed away in March so in memory of her I gave each of my children this ornament. The quality was superb and my children were very thankful to be able to remember their grandmother in this way every year when they put up the ornaments she gave them and this special one.

I would recommend this product to anyone that is looking for a memorial ornament. The picture that I used for the ornament turned out very nice and the quality is excellent. It was one of the first ornaments the family notice when it was hanging on the tree. I also love the velvet bag to store it in for later use. I will buy from Personalization Mall again
