I this product is well made and looks exactly like the picture. I ordered two with different names, however one arrived broken.
I contacted customer service via an email and received a response the next business day from a representative who provided instructions as to whether I wanted a refund or replacement. I loved this item so much that I chose to have a replacement. The same representative contacted again the next day and provided me with updated shipping information.

The pot was bigger than I thought and easy for my grandchildren to handle. The color was beautiful and the names were clear on the pot.

My daughter absolutely loves this engraved flower pot! My granddaughter just turned one and this is their special pot to grow whatever they choose in it. The red is the perfect vibrant color so their flower pot will stand out on their deck that is filled with many other larger vegetable plants and small fruit trees!
