The flower pot really looks very nice. However, the base to the pot arrived broken in three sections. Upon contacting Customer Service, they immediately replaced the broken base.

The pot was nice, just smaller than expected.

The personalization part was great, they only etch names in the front so you can see all the names above love grows here. However, love grows here is only a decal and was already peeling when it arrived to me. A good chunk of the letter L is missing, very noticeable.. disappointed.

This is a gift for my in-laws for Christmas. I opened it to take a look and was a little disappointed that the personalization did not go around the entire pot. If the pot is rotated the break in the writing will be noticeable. The pot is smaller than I thought so it's a good starter pot for a plant that has slow growth.

Product is small for the price. It's very dark so the personalized part of the writing should be lighter so you can see it better. Other than that it's nice.

I guess I should've paid attention to the dimensions. It's not even 5 1/2 inches high. It's cute, but had I paid more attention, I would've never paid this much money for a tiny little planter.

I was very disappointed the names did not go all around the pot. You can only see them from one position. I think the item was misrepresented.

I bought these items for my 92 year old mother. I thought this was a wonderful, sentimental, and useful gift. She definitely has a green thumb and love her 6 children, perfect gift. However, the flower pots, are extremely too small and too expensive. She will not be able to use them for potting. They will be admired as trinkets on the shelf. This would have been the perfect gift, but it's very nice.

It’s sturdy and beautiful, but I thought it was going to be bigger. It is pretty small. You can fit a small plant that is not heavy or plant a small flower set.

This is very cute gift, especially for plant lovers. Was very disappointed on how small it actually is, for the price. Should have paid more attention to the description.

Thought it would be larger. As for the names thought they would be wrapped around which they are not.

It was very small, look like a nice size but when I was sent the picture it fits in a small woman's hand :-(

The vase is nice but a lot smaller than I expected. The flower seed that you can order with it, is a paper seed. Better off buying seeds elsewhere.

This is a really cute planter but it is extremely small.

I ordered this flower pot for my mother for Mother's Day with my daughters' names on it. When I received it, it did not have their names all the way around the top of the pot like it shows in the picture. It just listed their names only once and was not centered with the saying on the flower pot. I was disappointed that I did not receive what I thought I was ordering. The description clearly states the names will wrap around the top of the flower pot.

The pot is nice and a really bright, vibrant color. However, the engraved names are not as large as the photo shows. Maybe 1/2 as large.

Although I like this item the names around the top were only printed one time and your picture shows the names going all around the rim.I only had chosen two names and I thought they would be printed at least on the front and back. Not happy about that.I will be calling your customer service

When I opened it I really expected it to be bigger. Seems a little too overpriced for that size, but it was very cute. The red pops a lot!

My Mother-in-Law loved it- especially because it was purple. Very nice quality. Looks great but is very small. I bought a medium sized plant to go in it and it was way too big. Small plants only.

Pot in purple is pretty. I thought it would be larger and names would be printed all the way around. My mom liked it.

Way smaller than I anticipated

When I received my pots, I thought there would be hearts around the rim of the pot with the kids names. No so
The names are put on the rim only, no hearts as shown in the picture. Disappointed

This is like the fourth thing I’ve ordered from Personalization mall and they are always much smaller than I think they’re going to be. This is because the picture of the item is misleading. Also, I got my name and my brothers name on this and there is a heart in the middle but the heart is all off center which just seems silly to me. The gift is fine and my mom will still like it. Like I said, this is the third time I’ve ordered something from here and been mislead on the size.

Bottom plate came arrived broken. Had to call and get a replacement which was very easy.

The pot itself is beautiful the color is awesome but thw names i picked to have on were not as WHITE as the quote they have.And the names DIDN'T go around the pot as i expected. So over all it's okay

I was very disappointed with the size. Pot is very small. I also couldn't fit all the names I was a few letters short .. I called company and they said they could not add any more letters and she wasn't very friendly. I had to shorten names with nicknames and spell one name incorrectly in order to fit them. Then when I got the pot the names don't even go around the whole thing. The entire back was blank which was frustrating because there was plenty of room for me to spell each name entirely

I got this for my mom for mother's day. When I first got it I thought it was small and a little disappointed that the names didn't go all the way around. However, when I gave it to my mom she loved it and knew right away what she wanted to do with it. So, in the end it worked out.

Looks a lot bigger online. Bought the biggest size and it is really tiny. I wouldn't have paid that much for the size. Pretty pot but size is really disappointing

I live the color and also mailed out quickly- but, disappointed because the names engraved does not go all the way around only 1/2 of the pit covered.

I got my pot today. I was a little disappointed. It is quite small. Even placed on the saucer the pot is a good 1.25 inches shorter than the 6.5 inch height in the description. Width description of 5.5 inches is correct.The names are a cute touch though. Overall an ok gift. Kind of expensive for the size though.

I was the hoping the personalization wrapped around the flower pot would of been a little wider on the lettering to show better. It also seemed a little small in general.
