Amazing quality I ordered this item as I purchased a watch for my husband for Valentine's Day. When it arrived it was gorgeous. Great quality and the way the etching/engraving was done was nice. The only thing was the my lettering was faded at the bottoms of each word. Which bummed me out a bit But customer service was GREAT! I sent a pic and they replaced it for free and arrived quickly.
