disappointed to amazed I ordered these beautiful key chains for the Ice Hockey Varsity Seniors in our high school as a special gift. The key chains were of the best quality, but the engraving was so small and faint you couldn't read it. I reached out to customer service and after sending pictures of all 10 key chains, they refunded me the entire order less shipping. TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Key chain I was disappointed with the engraving on this item. After reading my review, Personalization Mall contacted me and asked me to send them a photo of the item, which I did. The next day I got an email stating that they will replace the item at no additional cost. I didn't have to send back the original item either. That's what I call great customer contact.

disappointed to well pleased The key chain I ordered came in great timing but I was disappointed by how small and non-legible the inscription was. I reached out to the company and they had me send a picture to see what I was talking about. I previewed before I bought the item too. After review, customer service sent me a new preview with the wording on 4 lines instead of 3, which was clearer to see. They made me a new one and sent it out in time for graduation. I was pleasantly surprised by the resolution.

Great Idea This was just what I was looking for because I wanted to put in my own personal message. I was however disappointed with the engraving as it is very difficult to read. Quality of the keychain is great.

 keychainThe Print is so small, I thought it would be larger. I don't think the dog tag will stay on the chain long the ring that holds it is not soldered, should have a double ring on it to keep it from being lost.

Writing too hard to see The quality is good, but the writing is too hard to see. The engraving on the metal is too light and makes it difficult to read. I wouldn't purchase again.

Font is SOOO tiny By Shopper (Albuquerque, NM) - March 22, 2020 While I was excited the site would allow all the characters I wanted on this personalized key chain, there should have been a more strict limit because you could barely see the words. I do not suggest you personalize this key chain. The font is too small. Even if you use less words, the font size seems to stay the same. Trust me - don't do it.

Hard to read The words on the key chain were so faint that it was almost impossible to read.

Christmas gift for grandchildren Very pleased with the quality of the item. However the 'engraved' message on the piece was hard to see. I did call customer service and they replaced them but the writing was still hard to see on the replacements.

Just ok I ordered this as a present. The name came out great, but the saying that I had wrote on it was hardly readable. Sadly I had to tell the person I gifted this to what it said. I was not too happy with this item. On the plus side shipping was fast.

I thought it would make a nice Christmas gift as well as a personable gift for a beginning driver. I was somewhat disappointed with the engraving as it does not show up; it is very dull. Also, the chain is somewhat too short for a teenager. I feel that because of its size, it could be a loseable item.

Disappointing While this key chain is sturdy, the monogramming doesn't show up well. I have ordered many monogrammed pieces and always been pleased, but this one was disappointing.

Hard to read The engraving is very difficult to read. I have to hold it under a light and keep turning it to be able to read it. I bought for a gift for my sister but I don't know if she is going to be able to read it. I am looking for another gift to replace this but it is so late, I may have to use it. Terrible purchase.

Disappointed I have ordered a number of items from PersonalizationMall.com and I am so DISAPPOINTED with this keychain. The printing is very hard to read, not what the picture showed for size. It was for a confirmation gift, I was so DISAPPOINTED that I ordered the confirmand a different gift. I would not recommend this gift for anyone!!
