While this is a unique gift, I was not pleased with the tiles. Some of mine came chipped on the ends, and the stone is so rough that it is hard to read the personalization. I could not recommend this as a gift.

I ordered 16 of the personalized tumbled stone coasters. 10 of these look great but the other 6 have pink markings that look like a pink marker had been applied to the coaster. These 6 coasters look terrible with our logo and will not be used. Company states "they have determined the item was manufactured correctly. Natural markings and other color variations can occur on natural stone items. We are sorry that you are unsatisfied with the item, but a replacement could have different or similar marks."

I wanted to personalize each one with 4 separate bible verses. This isn't even an option. I do not want 4 of the same. So disappointed.

The picture wasn't centered; it was low and to the left, leaving bare coaster on the top and right sides. I called to get them to replace them but they said it was my fault (????). Will no do business with them again.
