Overall I am pleased with the flag. The design I submitted was printed beautifully. I am not familar with the type of materials used and submitted a comment that the flag will be outdoors all year round. The material used has soft porous feel so I am curious to see how it will hold up with rain and snow. Also, there are some parts of the flag where the material appears "snagged". After pulling and stretching the flag it became less visible. it is beautiful & worth the money.

I ordered this product for my daughters daisy troop and we use it as a flag at the beginning of each meeting. This item is created as a banner image is reversed on the opposite side. I called to see if the items image could be printed non-reversed (like a USA flag). The answer was they could not make the change. I feel this should be an option to the person ordering the flag. Since it is a design your.

I ordered 2 of these. I was impressed by the price point and the ability for me to customize my flags. The print quality turned out to be very good. But the overall quality assurance needs improvement.

As shown on the attached picture, the top of the flag was slanted. That would be unsightly for the garden flag. And the graphic was not centered, rather the it was printed on the right seam line. That is not how I had designed it. In the designer, the graphics were centered on the flag with room to spare on both sides. It should have been within the seam lines on both sides.

Happy to have my personalized flag, the only area I can see for improvement would be the template you use after uploading personal image. It is rather difficult to maneuver so although my flag looked like it was centered, it was hard to tell. So my flag turned out a little short on the bottom and a little off center. It looked correct on the screen used to place it but it didn't come out as nice as I would have liked. I understood the agreement that it would come out exactly as I placed it on the template, though. Just the template was difficult to see clearly once my image was placed on it. The buttons used to move it around were a little awkward as well. But thank you for your service.

The colors of my painting got distorted; too much red! Maybe the unnecessary adjustments made by your team kind of destroyed the color information and it came a little too strong! I printed the same file at home, without adding layers and the picture came exactly like it should be. Also I regret not filling the space after the doted area because I did not want any white border on my printed flag.
The resolution of the file I provided to your company wasn't low.

I ordered 2 of the Design your own flags and was very pleased with the product. Easy to design and customize and the result is excellent. However, on the second flag I misspelled a word and missed it. There is no spell check, so be careful! Also, the quality of the picture, given the size of the flag, needs to have high resolution.It would be nice if you could edit your design even after you approve it, in case you want to change something without having to start over.

My pic/text was printed beautifully on the garden flag; however, my pic/text was NOT centered on the garden flag correctly..

My image came out blurry and a little distorted. I do not recommend this if personalization mall does not look at finished item and send an email that the image is blurry. very disappointing. Usually PM is great.

I ordered a flag to add to our Jazz Fest pole. As the design came out great, there was an issue. The design was upside down on the opposite side. Very sad.

My positive comment is that the picture came out very clean and crisp - I was very happy with that. The negative was that the first flag I received was not neatly sewn. The sides were wavy and it had a white strip across the top that was unexpected and crooked. I contacted the company and they said they would send me out a new flag. True to their word they did - and very timely too (another positive). The second flag was more neatly sewn with no wavy edges on the sides but the white strip that was on the top was now on the bottom and again uneven. I asked for and have received a refund which was processed very timely - thank you for that. I would give their customer service a 4 or 5 but the flag finished quality a 1.

Thought it be a good idea to copy the family coat of arms to a Garden Flag. Turned out OK for the most part. Except, the 2 text lings on bottom showed up cut off, with one line on top. Did not have enough time to get corrected. wish I did.

Flag came out very dark.

Major caution when designing. They will not only not warn you if the image will potentially be blurry but they will not replace if you are unhappy.

The flag does not hold its original color indirect sunlight it fades drastically. We are very disappointed we did not even get one season out of personalized flag. The flag in photo was one of two we ordered. Originally it was black and grey with white monogram. Now it appears olive green and pink hanging at the entrance of our driveway. Very disappointed.

Received my flag, half of the image (the text I put in) on it was missing and cut off. I had to send a picture to show that it was done wrong and they replied with refunding my money saying I had to remake it myself. First because the image did not upload correctly then it was because it was my personal image and they couldn't because I was the rightful owner. I haven't decided if I will re-order it or not. I'm not impressed with their customer service.
