Gave this to my nephew and his wife for their first wedding anniversary. They loved it.

Great quality excellent speed I just thought it could or would have been bigger but it is great quality and beautiful.

The clock arrived in excellent condition. Nicely packaged. No problems with the condition. I was very pleased. This is a present for my husband on our 15th wedding anniversary so I wanted something that would last and that would be "crystal" which is designated as the 15th anniversary. WE married late in life (I was 68 and he was 69) so I wanted something special! This was perfect! Thanks so much!

Clock was a perfect choice for the bride. I did feel the engraving ( in all caps - only option) felt crammed underneath last saying. Still, it was very beautiful and well received.

Heavy glass, not fragile. well made and looks good. It would be nice if there were a lighted base that would illuminate the etching! Over all - quite satisfied!

I wish I knew how small this things really is, but it's a great product.

Etching hard to read from a distance. Came without batteries. Constantly getting unwarranted followup emails from company.

They loved it. It is now something we can all look at it with love.

I purchased this gift for my wife on our 25th wedding anniversary. What I meant by saying that it is a good gift was if you are buying this for someone you know this is a good gift. If you are buying it for a keepsake it may not be. The plaque and engraving is very nice but the clock is only good. So if you are buying this for a friend, a great gift. If your buying it for a spouse,a good gift.

Four day late no instructions how to use the close very disappointing. Bought two clocks really wish I did more research considering I don’t like giving gift with no answers to there questions but it’s done I’ll just have to get over it.

Thought this item would be terrific but after getting it and having to assemble the hands back onto the clock when I received it, due to them falling off during shipment. I realized that the quality of the clock isn't that great.You can be 20 ft away and hear the contacts ticking of the seconds go by. I would have much appreciated a better quality clock and willing to pay more than to have to hear it constantly.

For the first time, I'm not pleased with a Pmall purchase. This clock is not quality material. The glass is good, thick, appears durable. The engraving is not bad, but looks crowded. To me, not worth the price. Poor packaging. Box came crumpled, thought clock may have broken. Thankful it survived, as I didn't have a Plan B. Shame on me! Had the clock been better, with quality materials, this would've been an A+ item! Otherwise, have been pleased with many other Pmall purchases over the years!
