Adorable-very happy with this!

Ordered on 11/17/2020. Received on 11/30/2020. Cute ornament. Personalization was as requested and is clean and neat. Clearly readable. Just wish there was enough space to spell out month and date of birth on last line.

Love it, my first grand child so this is perfect for my tree that only gets ornaments that are special to me. Quality is good for the price charged. Would recommend this by far.

The pink tutu wasn't my first choice, but one of the only girl (non-seasonal) ornament I found. Personalization looks great!

I thought the skirt would look better. Skimpy on the pleats. Personalization good.

Always have. This ornament is super cute but the sticker on the back is awful. This is a gift for our grandchild and the tag would not come off clean and now there is an ugly glue and paper residue all over the back. Tried to gently clean it and the color started fading. Definitely disappointed in this. No reason for a sticker on the ornament itself.

The idea of a more feminine xmas ornament for my little granddaughter was far better than the usual
ones encountered online.
The only observation I can make which I would have given a 5, is I personally would have liked the tulle to be a little richer, maybe a better quality.
Would I buy one again, yes, my second granddaughter will be arriving in April and as soon as I know her name, I will order ahead for next xmas.

It is very cute. An ornament has been my favorite baby gift for a long time.
The net on the tutu is very skimpy compared to the photo.

Like this just wish it could have been personalized in Upper & lower case lettering.

This ornament is really cute, but where the printing was on the front, there were little smear marks. I’m sure I could have gotten them to reprint it, but overall I didn’t feel the quality of the ornaments i received was very high and I didn’t feel like going through a return process.

The fabric skirt was not pleated as pictured. The fabric was flat against the body of the ornament which affected the overall look. Definitely not as pictured. The rest of the ornament was as pictured.

The pink is not a pretty shade... it's more salmon.. I was disappointed..

I'm usually very happy with your personalized ornaments but not with this one. I was extremely disappointed to find a brown blemish over my granddaughter's name. At first I thought it was a stain and maybe could clean it but that didn't work. I didn't ask for an exchange because I need it by Christmas. I'm not including a photo because I already wrapped it.

Cute ornament but poorly constructed. It has a mark/chipped paint on the body. The tutu has peeled away from the ornament- lack of glue? Contemplating returning as embarrassed to give as a gift! It seems late to try and get a new one by Christmas.

This item arrived broken. The screw was stripped out of the shoulder. Had to glue it.

The lettering was a bit smudged...

Totally disappointed... looks cheap.
The “tutu” is so flimsy.
Bought as present, but might be to embarrassed to give... & it’s personalized, so I’m out the cost.
