The product itself is awesome with a 5 star. However, I'm very disappointed in the shipping situation. I had just ordered another blanket that was packaged in a box for added protection. This blanket was put in an oversized bag with no protection. Very disappointed, FedEx took almost a week to bring it to me once it reached their facility that is literally 30 minutes away, and the shipping gets a 1 star review. Thank goodness nothing happened to the product. I would still order product.

Could not believe The amazing quality of the pictures on this blanket. Usually when pictures are on anything, they are not very crisp but that was not the case here. Ordered as gifts and loved it so much ordered one for our own home. Very nice item. Highly recommend.

I was a little leery about ordering as I tried to order from other companies but kept getting a message saying my pic had too low of a resolution. Personalization Mall accepted the pic and the blanket turned out absolutely great!!! Can't wait to give it to our son for Christmas...it's a pic of his two favorite things!!

The product was great! But, the USPS man threw it on the ground at the neighbors house and then their dogs peed on it before they saw the package. …..thank goodness it was double bagged.

Upon opening the box they were brought to tears . Calling to thank me two days in a row they were in tears . I sent them a throw with 6 photos of our family . I’m so very glad I did it. They said it was beautiful. Merry Christmas All

The end result is nicer than I thought it would be, it's soft and the upload of the photos came out beautiful and colorful and the background Teal color is also beautiful. Our family lost this precious loved one in October and she had an amaZing effect on our lives and our Christmas's together have many amaZing past memories.
