Was not as soft or feel like sweatshirt Design is very cute and got to me very fast

It’s a gift hope she loves it. Noticed some black spots on it but still going to gift it since this was already a replacement .

I picked plush thinking they would be thick. They are soft but thin

I misread the sizing and was moved to tears in disappointment upon opening this. It's literally a infant blanket. Other than that it is super cute. Just not sure how my Mom will be able to use this?

I have ordered products from your company many of times, and have never been so disappointed with this Ordered.
The blanket arrived with correct spelling on blanket but the red coloring appeared to run on several of the names that were suppose to be all white. It had red spots throughout. Asked customer service for reprint w/o cost and requested was denied which they offered me 20% off blanket.
I think there should be a clear warning about the color running onto the white letters.

Thought it would be a better quality, thicker and more fluffy and cozy. Also color is not a burgundy or a red, it has a rust/burgundy color to it

I only gave 3 stars because I expected a thicker blanket and some of the names were spotted.

I was happy overall with the printing and name placement but the blanket is very thin for the cost. I really wish I would have opted for the sherpa style but it was out of my price range.

Blanket was not as plush as expected. I choose the sherpa lined one, but the “sherpa” layer was so thin that it was not much better than the standard unlined blanket. Not worth the extra money charged for the lining.

I took the upgrade to the Sherpa blanket but was disappointed in the quality of the blanket. Additionally the screening that was done had many subtle imperfections in the blanket. It didn’t matter to my 92-year-old mother but, it matterd to me.

The blanket quality is wonderful. But the placement of name #7(Isla)just didn’t work for me. No matter what name I put in line 7 it was never anything but cursive and not as noticeable as the rest. It’s maybe an algorithm problem. Not sure. But I was definitely disappointed in my purchase with all my grandkids names on it.

The embroidery was perfect. The color was not as red as the picture shows. It’s actually more of a burnt orange so I wasn’t thrilled with the color other than that it was very nice

Liked the concept but the blanket was very flimsy and it is a gift!!!

I wish I had chosen a different color instead of coral, but I like the blanket.

I thought the blanket was beautiful, but was disappointed in the quality. The fleece was very thin and left wrinkle marks where folded. I was hoping for better quality.

This is one of many items I’ve purchased from the Personalization Mall and have always been more than satisfied. The personalization is spot it, the material is soft but I paid extra for the Sherpa version in hopes that it would be warm and fluffy. It’s less than 1 cm thick. Since it’s a gift I have not tried it out to see if it is in fact warm, however by the sight of it I’m embarrassed to gift this to my aunt. There is a dime in the photo as a size reference.

Ordered the "pastel" which looked purple in picture. Unfortunately, it's light gray and the names also done in pastel do not show up very well on the material. In future, I would try to do a darker blanket with light/white lettering. The blanket is also very thin, probably not worth the price. We'll see how it holds up.

It’s a beautiful blanket- but it is much thinner than I thought and not as plush as it should be for the price!!!

Looks like a nice blanket judging from the picture. I didn’t know that it was a kit until it arrived. Now I hope that I can get this thing cut and tied and looking perfect for Christmas. Good luck to me I suppose.

The quality of the blanket itself is good. However, the personalization was very thin in some letters so that the blanket fabric showed through. Also, there were a few dark spots in the material. I don't know if that is part of the process or because the blanket was coral. A darker color may have been a better selection.

This item missed its delivery date by a few weeks due to the stay at home order but when it finally arrived, it was beautiful. Soft, great quality and my mother was so happy to receive it as a late Mother’s Day gift.

I was astonished by how thin the blanket was for the process but it still serves its purpose as an amazing gift!

You should let people know how many names are required so that names listed are not repeated.

Great quality blanket--Great Grandma loved the sherpa/velvet combo. However, a name appeared twice on the blanket when it was only input once onto the list. Kind of an expensive mistake on the websites end.

The personalization looks beautiful. The edges of the blanket look awful tho. Makes the product look cheap.

Thought it would be of thicker texture

The design on blanket was beautiful. The only thing I didn’t like was how thin the blanket is. For a fleece blanket I thought it would be slightly thicker. It is soft though.

The blanket is beautiful and soft but the coloring was all wrong. Thankfully they worked with me, and were very kind to send us a new blanket. I would buy from them again, great customer service.

I was disappointed in the blanket for 2 reason. First of all I thought it would be a little thicker. Secondly, it is hard to discern the heart. The names should be mor compact so the heart is evident. The photo online makes it look like the heart is easy to make out when in fact that is not the case

It states maroon but the blanket looks more like a orangish brown it definitely is not maroon. If the color was true to what was stated online I would give it 5 stars
