I ordered this product for my dad. He was recently diagnosed with Alzheimer's and we thought it would be a great gift for him to help him with the names of his children and grandchildren. I thought the product would have the names embroidered but when I received the product, it looks as if the names were one big iron on. The quality of the product is not what I expected. It is very thin and 'sheds' easily. I would be nervous to wash the product for fear it will either fall apart or the names will come off. I have ordered items in the past from here but after seeing the quality of this product, I am not sure I will be ordering again. It's disappointing to buy something that looks beautiful on line only to get the product and have it not be as expected.

I expected that it would be thicker than it is. It’s a cute gift idea but I would not have paid that much for it knowing what the end product was really like.

I ordered this blanket for a Christmas gift for my parents. The personalization was great but the quality of the blanket was poor. I was disappointed because the blanket was thin, smaller than I imagined and the color of the red wasn't as bright as the picture. When you pay $70 for a blanket it should be perfect.

Names show red in them.. they are supposed to be all white.. very disappointed ??

I was pretty disappointed when this blanket arrived. It is very thin. For $60 I was expecting a much thicker, lush blanket. It is very soft & that's why I'm still giving it some stars. I've seen blankets of this quality sell for around $10-15 in other stores but they were not personalized.

The names appear to have the burgundy color lifted off the white background.
2 problems.. not all the burgundy is lifted so some color appears in the names.. not all names but it is annoying. There is a section where there was a crease where a name was done.. so it is not even..
Great idea.. quality control is not what it should be.. very disappointed with the finished product. Unfortunately too late to get a new one..

I wish I had read some of the reviews before purchasing. That's on me - a friend recommended the web site for cool ideas and she was happy with her purchases. It looks really cute but it is WAY overpriced for the quality. I feel like I was ripped off. It is VERY thin and I am sure that the company is making a fortune off this one. Oh well - I know that my Mom is going to love it. The design is great just wish it was better quality. Looks like it won't last long.

I am very disappointed in the quality of this product. The personalization was nice and is exactly as it looked in the proof, but the blanket itself isn't any thicker than a thin sheet.

I ordered 2 of these blue blankets for Christmas gifts this year. Unlike some others I am happy with the printing quality and the don't choices (I expected a few names to have the distressed look). I am definitely VERY disappointed in the quality of the blankets. They are probably about the thickness of a cheap beach towel. Luckily I live in AZ so it won't be too cold & they will get some use. A little embarrassed to be giving this quality gift to family. If it weren't for the names I'd pass.

The thicker handwriting is almost undistinguished. Ordered 2 but not worth giving as gifts and will not take it back

I was somewhat disappointed, as I expected embroidered names. This looks as if it will wash off in the first laundry cycle. It is also a gift for my own Mother.

It's ok. Background shows through the printed names, I was not expecting that. I would have gladly paid more for a plush high quality blanket and printing. Loved the idea but this is not what I was hoping for. Feeling sad and disappointed.

I ordered two blankets, one in Grey and one white with multi color letters. I did not like either one at all! I am going to have to donate them to the animal shelter because I can not give them to my mother or mother in law. The ones I got for my father and father in law in blue and tan were very nice, Makes me second guess ordering personalized gifts since I can not return them for being ugly...

The quality is not what I expected for the price. The material is cheap and it is basically white that the blue color was printed on so any brush across the fabric makes it look ugly. I only kept it because I had to give it as a gift. No time to get something else. Not what I expected from this company, usually the things I have purchased have been great quality...but they got me on this one.

Some of the names came put perfect, and some came out with speaks of the red color in them. The letters look more Polk a dot than white...

This blanket looks great from a distance but in person you see that it is just a white dyed blanket. I will have to own my part in this that perhaps I didn't look closely enough at the description, but this is a medium quality white blanket that has been dyed on one side only and the names show in relief (undyed). For the price, this is not worth it. Honestly, I thought I was buying a red blanket with the name stitched in white. I do not recommend this blanket.

The blanket is very soft and shipped fast but the quality on the gray blanket is not what appeared when placing my order. You can't see all the names very well as the color of the names are just a shade lighter than the blanket. I was really hoping this would have been more like the preview on my order. I will not order another one.

Please don't buy this blanket by choosing the white one and believing it will come white. It is distressed and looks like the colors have bled in a rainbow effect. The back of the blanket is definitely a pure white but The front is definitely not. The words are also distressed looked cracked, prewashed looking. In whole, it's just not what I expected.

Ordered this blanket for a Mother's Day gift, it arrived quickly. I'm disappointed in the quality of the blanket, it's very thin and it's shiny on the front which I don't care for. The printing is not the greatest either, some of the larger letters have color missing. Definitely not excited about giving this as a gift, not the quality I expected.

I did not pay for rush delivery so I wouldn't have minded waiting longer for a well-made product, just so it would've been perfect. The print was blotchy on some of the names and there were small spots/spills of the "ink" on areas outside the heart print area. It was messy, in my opinion. Also, the material was too light and thin - it needs some sort of cushion or filling. All in all, the throw blanket would've been perfect had it not been rushed. I don't feel that I got my money's worth.

Much of the printing was faded and broken up. Tried contacting customer service to no avail. Rethinking using this site

I ordered 2 blankets.The blanket is very thin and and you can see the color of the blanket through the lettering, not as bold and white as the preview sample we were shown. I wanted them to actually be used, but looks like they will have to be more of a decorative blanket. I am glad that we bought these on sale and not at full price. Very upsetting as they are suppose to be Christmas gifts. :(

I was so excited to get this for my mother, but was SO disappointed when I opened it. It is soft, I will give you that, but the white letters were NOT all deeply ingrained into the blanket!! Three of the block style names (the biggest ones on the blanket! GRANDMA, LAUREN, BUBBA (see pic) ) look as if it was not engraved deep enough and they are not all white. They look "worn". I am very disappointed in this and for the $50+ that I paid for it, would tell any future buyers to not waste their money. I ordered other stuff that turned out OK, but definitely not this one!

I ordered this blanket as a Christmas gift . The idea is great and the product shipped quickly . The blanket is a very shiny velour look which I didn't feel was represented well in the picture . It is really not very pretty and is very " Elvisish". The names are not embroidered ( which may have been an assumption on my part ) but instead they are printed very large and a little tacky in my opinion . Some people may not mind the look however it is not what I was expecting for the price .

I only gave it two stars because All my moms grandchildrens names are on blanket! Quality of blanket is flimsy and low quality!! The burgundy color I chose is simply on the surface of faux fur so you see the white if rubbed by touch! I should have purchased my own blanket and had it embroiled instead of printed! I called but got no where!!

I have to say that the personalization looked amazing and so wonderful. I was very pleased with the names on the blanket. However I thought it was going to be this big blanket and thick and warm and it's a cheap blanket. It's thin and little but still nice enough to sit on the couch with. Just not as nice to cover in the bed with it and be warm. Was disappointed when I opened the package for this.

The printing on this blanket looks very cheap. When I called Customer Service I was told it is a "vintage" look. It does not say anything about this in the description. The blanket is fairly thin and I don't believe the quality matches the asking price. Highly disappointing since I've ordered blankets in the past & been very pleased. If you are debating, stick with the embroidered stiching. Looks 110% better.

I love PM, don't get me wrong, I know human error happens. Having said that when you have the wrong item sent the week of Christmas, it does not sit well. I ordered a sweatshirt blanket and received a fleece, thinner material, personalized blanket. They did make it right and I believe the blanket I originally ordered is now on its way. Fingers crossed!?!?!

Item is a tapestry to hang on a wall. Not going to be a throw to cozy up in.

Blanket is very thin and cheap! I thought purchasing the sherpa would be a warmer thicker blanket, but it was not! It is made in poor quality. The names in front do look nice though. I had hoped it would be for everyday use, but It's more of a just for looks types of gift.

I am rather disappointed on the print job that was done on the blanket. The proof I reviewed on the website shows clear white letters. What I received has red spots on letters like a Dalmatian. It looks like a print defect. Its awful. This purchase was a Christmas gift for my boss. I am attaching the picture of the blanket I received. I purchased one blanket before and was somewhat satisfied but honestly the quality is just ok but now with the print issue I may not be returning. Thank you.

I’m upset because the blanket came out messed up on the side and I can’t even return it to get fix because it’s a Christmas gift and it obliviously won’t be back in time for Christmas! This really sucks

This blanket is really thin. So thin you can see through it. I am extremely disappointed because this was ordered for a Christmas gift for someone.
