I thought, for the money, the throw would have been a little thicker. The printing looks like plastic iron-on letters. Not as well made as I hoped. Also the material it’s made from appears thin and cheap.
Have purchased many things from Personalization before, expected better quality.

It’s a nice looking blanket the only reason it get two stars. I expected it to be a lot thicker then it was. I paid the extra for the Sherpa thinking it would be nice, cozy and warm. I can’t imagine how thin it is without the sherpa. My kids baby blankets are thicker. I definitely wouldn’t spend this much money on another one. Very disappointed

The blanket is nice and the names look great! However, I did not expect the white marbled marks all over the blanket. This is not what it looked like online. It is a present for my mother-in-law's 90th birthday on Christmas day.

This throw was described as a soft material but it is far from it, has a hard almost plastic feel. Also, do not pay $6.99 for gift wrapping, it was their box with an ugly black band on it, big mistake!

I loved the idea of this blanket but the distressed lettering on some of the names made it look sloppy and unpolished. At first I questioned them on if it was supposed to look that way. And I was told it is the distressed font. It also looked like darker marks on the material around the names. It just was not the quality I have come to expect from this company. But the recipient loved it so that's what matters.

The blanket itself is very cheap looking and feeling. The personalization looks really nice but it was not worth the money spent on the blanket. I'm afraid it may fall apart when laundered.

The blanket is nice, and the design is beautiful but the printing looks like the letters are missing pieces. They tell me it's on purpose, and it's part of the design, but it just looks unprofessional. Think twice before purchasing and study the design

For what it is it is ok. Color of product was much paler than advertised and the color is only on the very surface of the product, not down into the pile.When you sweep your hand across the pile the blanket turns white. For the price I expected better.

This blanket is very thin. Not worth the cost. Some of the printing is so light, you can hardy see it.

I don’t like the color of the blanket. I ordered tan but it looks white with a brown shade to it...kind of looks like a dirty white blanket. It looks like it was painted.

I ordered a personalized blanket. I was disappointed with the color of the blanket. The color was not a vibrant red as depicted online. I can see the white from the reverse side peeking through. The distressed lettering looks more like blotches of paint or that the blanket color leaked onto the letters. The texture is really soft and I love the size just wish the color was more pronounced and the letters were truly “distressed” or plain old white. I do not like the blotches.

I was very disappointed in this blanket. The color was not a real burgundy. It was more of a rust color. And if was very thin. Not really what I call plush. I have ordered several other blankets from Personalization Mall and loved them. This one not so much.

Some of the names are scratched off. The quality wasn’t as good as I would expect for the price. It’s juts ok.

I love the premise of the throw, seeing the preview online of all the names and nicknames I chose, I could not wait to see it.

When it arrived, truly dissapointrd by the product. Especially for the price, even at 40% off.

Chose Red, came out a copper brown color.

I thought it would be thicker and better quality for the price.

Printing was nicely done and exactly as shown when I ordered. Blanket is much thinner than described. Fabric is soft but not fleece (as stated), and is very thin - not much thicker than a heavy sheet. Should have made the blanket 2 layers of this material. Looks nice so will probably display it only and not actually use it. Not worth what I paid IMO.

The blanket is cheaply made and the white shows on the front side. It is not worth the money. I will not be buying another blanket from you.

I ordered the tan blanket. It came and the color wasn’t tan at all...much more of a very light purplish gray. Very disappointed.

Was not impressed with this product! While the concept is great the quality is poor!! The colors bled through and the blanket is thin and flimsy. Shipping was fast

I ordered this product for my dad. He was recently diagnosed with Alzheimer's and we thought it would be a great gift for him to help him with the names of his children and grandchildren. I thought the product would have the names embroidered but when I received the product, it looks as if the names were one big iron on. The quality of the product is not what I expected. It is very thin and 'sheds' easily. I would be nervous to wash the product for fear it will either fall apart or the names will come off. I have ordered items in the past from here but after seeing the quality of this product, I am not sure I will be ordering again. It's disappointing to buy something that looks beautiful on line only to get the product and have it not be as expected.

I expected that it would be thicker than it is. It’s a cute gift idea but I would not have paid that much for it knowing what the end product was really like.

I ordered this blanket for a Christmas gift for my parents. The personalization was great but the quality of the blanket was poor. I was disappointed because the blanket was thin, smaller than I imagined and the color of the red wasn't as bright as the picture. When you pay $70 for a blanket it should be perfect.

Names show red in them.. they are supposed to be all white.. very disappointed ??

I was pretty disappointed when this blanket arrived. It is very thin. For $60 I was expecting a much thicker, lush blanket. It is very soft & that's why I'm still giving it some stars. I've seen blankets of this quality sell for around $10-15 in other stores but they were not personalized.

The names appear to have the burgundy color lifted off the white background.
2 problems.. not all the burgundy is lifted so some color appears in the names.. not all names but it is annoying. There is a section where there was a crease where a name was done.. so it is not even..
Great idea.. quality control is not what it should be.. very disappointed with the finished product. Unfortunately too late to get a new one..

I wish I had read some of the reviews before purchasing. That's on me - a friend recommended the web site for cool ideas and she was happy with her purchases. It looks really cute but it is WAY overpriced for the quality. I feel like I was ripped off. It is VERY thin and I am sure that the company is making a fortune off this one. Oh well - I know that my Mom is going to love it. The design is great just wish it was better quality. Looks like it won't last long.

I am very disappointed in the quality of this product. The personalization was nice and is exactly as it looked in the proof, but the blanket itself isn't any thicker than a thin sheet.

I ordered 2 of these blue blankets for Christmas gifts this year. Unlike some others I am happy with the printing quality and the don't choices (I expected a few names to have the distressed look). I am definitely VERY disappointed in the quality of the blankets. They are probably about the thickness of a cheap beach towel. Luckily I live in AZ so it won't be too cold & they will get some use. A little embarrassed to be giving this quality gift to family. If it weren't for the names I'd pass.

The thicker handwriting is almost undistinguished. Ordered 2 but not worth giving as gifts and will not take it back

I was somewhat disappointed, as I expected embroidered names. This looks as if it will wash off in the first laundry cycle. It is also a gift for my own Mother.

It's ok. Background shows through the printed names, I was not expecting that. I would have gladly paid more for a plush high quality blanket and printing. Loved the idea but this is not what I was hoping for. Feeling sad and disappointed.

I ordered two blankets, one in Grey and one white with multi color letters. I did not like either one at all! I am going to have to donate them to the animal shelter because I can not give them to my mother or mother in law. The ones I got for my father and father in law in blue and tan were very nice, Makes me second guess ordering personalized gifts since I can not return them for being ugly...

The quality is not what I expected for the price. The material is cheap and it is basically white that the blue color was printed on so any brush across the fabric makes it look ugly. I only kept it because I had to give it as a gift. No time to get something else. Not what I expected from this company, usually the things I have purchased have been great quality...but they got me on this one.

Some of the names came put perfect, and some came out with speaks of the red color in them. The letters look more Polk a dot than white...

This blanket looks great from a distance but in person you see that it is just a white dyed blanket. I will have to own my part in this that perhaps I didn't look closely enough at the description, but this is a medium quality white blanket that has been dyed on one side only and the names show in relief (undyed). For the price, this is not worth it. Honestly, I thought I was buying a red blanket with the name stitched in white. I do not recommend this blanket.

The blanket is very soft and shipped fast but the quality on the gray blanket is not what appeared when placing my order. You can't see all the names very well as the color of the names are just a shade lighter than the blanket. I was really hoping this would have been more like the preview on my order. I will not order another one.

Please don't buy this blanket by choosing the white one and believing it will come white. It is distressed and looks like the colors have bled in a rainbow effect. The back of the blanket is definitely a pure white but The front is definitely not. The words are also distressed looked cracked, prewashed looking. In whole, it's just not what I expected.
