Very cheap looking, not nearly the quality I thought it would be, thin and the fibers do something weird when you touch it and the white backing shows through if it was Amazon I would send it back

This product is awful.Bought as a gift and couldn’t give it. It is false advertising. Be aware you have to put it together.A do it yourself project. Took over three hours and came out awful. Hidden at bottom of specifications that it requires assembly.

looks redicilous with only 4 names REPEATED , tried to add * or ? didn't work waste of money.

First order was lost in mail. PM was quick to replace but I had to call several times and had 40 minute holds each time. When we received the fleece, it was of inferior quality. There were scrape marks all along the edges. The color of the blanket showed through each of the names. Still trying to get a replacement for at least one which is totally not acceptable. My guess is it was damaged during the printing process and they didn’t use enough paint for the lettering.

Not a good quality blanket. Very disappointed.

Not as big as I thought it would be

I ordered this special, personalized gift, for someone special. The fleece feels more like velvet - not what was expected. Also, I had 16 names that were included. Some names were repeated but I wasn't given the option as to which names were going to be repeated. If I had known names would be repeated, I would have put certain names in twice. I contacted customer service, after multiple tries, and was told, in no uncertain terms, "sorry". I will certainly not order anything else from this site.

I was very happy with the personalization, but would not ever choose this as a warm cozy blanket. It is almost the weight of a sheet.

I was really shocked at how thin and cheap this blanket felt for the price. It was just screen printed so I wouldn't think that would add a lot to the cost of production. It's a present and I'm almost embarrassed to give it.

I misread the description. For the cost I thought it was stitched. Putting that aside, the color is not consistent from top to bottom of threads. Be aware the color is stamped on top. The other side of the blanket is white. I thought the blue would have been on both sides. Looks cheap!

With eleven grandchildren it is hard to find things you can put all their names. This had a spot for eleven names so I ordered it. They put ten names in twice but the last one only once. Hard to explain to one granddaughter why she was only listed once. Why weren’t the names all in the same amount?

Order many times before and have been happy with other blankets for graduation gifts. Ordered this heart blanket in burgundy and was completely stunned at the colored side. It looks as if some areas of the blanket are darker than others. I completely agree with another customer that only 1/3 of the plush fibers are covered and gives a streaked look throughout. Been happy with everything in the past, except this item.

I've been a loyal customer for years and this is the FIRST purchase that I haven't been happy with. The blanket is cheap and I didn't realize that the color ran over some of the names (I went back to check and must've not noticed that when purchasing). I do not recommend.

The item is not really fleece. It is cheap material and very thin and flimsy. It is described as a blanket but is more a cloth. Not pleased at all

The blanket is soft, the printing looks great, it seems to be high quality...HOWEVER, because I only have 20 family members instead of 21 ONE of my family members names was repeated which is going to cause major problems at my grandmothers 85 birthday party. I asked for the blanket to be replaced and they only offered me 50% off a reorder. I’m not spending ANOTHER $30/40! They should have warned me that would happen before I could click next. The CSR didn’t give a crap either.

Wasn't what I was expecting at all. I thought I was only going to get the 12 names I put on the blanket instead I got those names repeated. The blanket is nice but it's stupid that they repeat names if you don't have 21.

This is a thin white blanket that was painted on one side with the color/words of your choice. Unfortunately, the paint only covers the top 1/3rd of the fiber, so every time the blanket moves or you stroke against the fiber, the white undercolor becomes visible. This gives the blanket (burgundy in my case) a washed-out and cheap look.

Order this blanket and was not told that they will add names to fill up hear, nobody would want a product with a persons name more that one time.

I will not order from anything else and will my friends know about your terrible customer service

I was so excited to give this as a gift for my mom with all her grandchildren named but the quality is a disgrace for the money paid. The blanket material is cheap and the printing of the names is horrible some you can’t even see. I wish I read the reviews before ordering.

Maroon ink printed on wrinkled white fleece blanket.Font is descibed as distressed.I think solid areas should be solid color. White shows through making for poor appearance.It is not a solid colored blanket with embroidered names

Inferior product. Cheap fabric and the backing is white. Letters are not consistently solid so you see white steaks through the color choice. Would never reorder. Totally disappointed.

Did not meet my expectations AT ALL. Terrible representation of the burgundy color. Too thin. Overpriced. This is a Christmas gift for my sister-in-law. Don’t even want to wrap and give to her.

Received my order in the mail on Monday. The quality and thickness of the fleece blanket is extremely poor! This was a Christmas gift and I don’t think I can even give it to my family member. Worst purchase ever from this website which I have used many times before. Not worth the money!

Not the quality I expected. Lettering has flaws. Cheesy fabric, back of throw is white rather than the color on front. Definitely do not recommend! Will not buy from this company again,

I had requested 20 names and the throw I received had 21 names - one of the names was duplicated. Still waiting to hear what will be done. As you can see the preview photo was incorrect but the names I had listed were correct.

I bought this as a gift for my parents. I’ve had great luck with personalization mall in the past, and have always been impressed with their products. Not this one. The blanket is not red, it is a white blanket with red ink printed onto the top layer. Also, the material is extremely poor quality. It’s not blanket material, it’s like a cheap towel from the dollar store. I’m going to attempt to return it or toss it in the trash. I’m too embarassed to give this as a gift.

You have to fill in all 21 names otherwise random names are repeated and it doesn’t make sense. Blanket is very thin and it looks like the surface is just dyed. Poor quality. When I called to ask about the repeated names customer service was very rude. I will not order from them again.

Was very disappointed with the thin product I recieved. For the price, I was expecting something a little thicker than the blanket I recieved. The heart is also not directly in the middle of the blanket, it is more toward the top of the blanket. Not happy!

One of the fonts they use makes it look like the ink isn't all there. I personally think that effect makes the blanket old looking, used and washed.
I called and was told I should have looked at the picture closer.

Disappointed. The blanket I received had poor coloring. The burgundy seemed worn/faded in some areas, as if the dye color did not take fully. The plush fabric in these faded areas also seemed worn/smashed down. I'm not sure if I want to give this as a gift now because it looks cheaply made. I was hoping for a crisper distinction between the color of the burgundy fabric and the lettering. On a positive note, although thin and not what I would describe as "plush", the blanket is very soft.

Do not buy this. The lettering is faded and I’m embarrassed to give this as a gift.

Awful. Don’t waste your money.

If you order the 'burgundy' blanket and are expecting burgundy, prepare yourself for disappointment. It is actually a burnt orange color. I was expecting more of a dark red for Christmas. If you give this as a gift around Thanksgiving the color would be more fitting.

This blanket is terrible. The blue in the blanket bled through some names. I contacted customer service and they said there was nothing they could do. Obviously the customer doesn't come first and they are not concerned with the customer satisfaction.

I bought this as a gift and was very disappointed when it arrived. The material is very thin and there were dot imprints all over it from where it was run through the printer. The lettering on some of the names looked like there wasn't enough ink when it was printed while other names were fine. The preview of the blanket showed all the lettering filled in as you would expect. When I called to say I wasn't satisfied, the girl told me it was a "distressed" look. The description of the blanket never mentioned a "distressed" look nor the preview of the blanket. Also when I mentioned the dot imprints she told me to send her a picture. The picture would not have come out well enough for her to see what I was talking about so I told her it was fine. She gave me a $15 credit to my account for future use. I'll probably never use it as I have to pay for shipping so the $15 doesn't do much. The concept is great, the product isn't.

Blanket looks horrible... not worth the money... the ink appears to leave ink spots on the blanket and not all names are filled in with ink. Costumer service not helpful at all... don't seem to care that the customer isn't happy with the product. Don't waste your money with this product!

I just receive my blanket with all my mother grandchilden name for her Xmas gift , I was very impress when I saw it in the picture . When I got the blanket I was not happy with your product it look like it was not finish right the white letter on it has red ink showing thru and when I call to complain all you said it was a distress look u didn’t mention that in your discription or I wouldn’t paid so much for the blanket . The blanket was thin and now I hope that it’s does’nt run when wash it
