I think the Travel Tumbler is of great quality. Sturdy, will last a long time. Very pleased with how it turned out. It looks great! I will, and have already, purchase from Personalization Mall again. A bit pricey, but it is a one-of-a-kind gift that I couldnt get anywhere else.
Great printing quality

I've ordered from personalization mall before using a drawing from illustrator and the printing quality was great. Ordered again and wasn't disappointed -- I had some small writing in the image and it still looked clean! I would suggest using the first preview that you can see right after you upload your image (when you still have the editing capabilities available) as a pretty good idea of how the print quality will look. Everything that looked good in that image looked good in the printing. The "preview" that they give you at the end was very pixelated for me and didn't represent the good quality that I received.

For the first time (I have ordered several items and have loved every one of them) I was very disappointed in the personalizing of this mug. It looked like a picture stuck on a mug and words just stuck on it. Really looked like a child did it. It was a gift so I could not send it back. Very unhappy with this order.
