I love how sturdy this cutting board is, and the wood is beautiful. My disappointment comes because of the engraving. I expected the wording to be lasered on, but what you actually get is a precision carving of all the letters, which creates an uneven surface. Also the lettering doesn't stand out against the wood because the letters are only carved out. For an expensive item, I would have liked to had some nicer looking personalization.

The monogram letter is very light in color also in depth. The personalized message is hard to read with the font that is used. If I had seen it in person, would have order a different one.

The product is beautiful however, when we received it the writing on it is very dull. If they could make the personalization a little darker it would be perfect.

The product was very nice, it just took a long time to finally get it.

The item was received in a timely manner. It was nicely done. I do wish the engraving would have been more bold as the grain of wood was darker and kind of drowned out the engraving. There were also some spots that weren't sanded well in the groves of the board and needed sanded because it was splintering.

Not very happy. I bought this as a wedding gift and the writing is not dark at all!!!! Blends in too well with wood. Looks very cheap compared to others out there.

The board is huge, great for big family style meals, The quality could have been better, the wood is not sanded all of the way. it is rough to touch.
Typically smooth when I get them at stores. It will need a little love before i can give as a gift. For the cost it should have been better quality.

I was really disappointed with the darker wood running off center through the cutting board - made it look cheap. Also the board was very rough like it had not been fine sanded. I guess I should have selected the Bamboo one.

Engraving/etching not deep a enough. Very hard to see or read.

This was my 4th cutting board order and for whatever reason it wasn’t made with the quality I expected from the other 4. Very sad as it was a wedding present Bob C.

I ordered this as a client gift. The personalization is great, the size is as advertised. However, the wood has no protective coating at all, so when something wet was set on it, it left a mark that appears to be permanent. Very disappointed.

Was very disappointed in the three trays I recieved. The color of the etched wood was very light . It is hard to read monogramming on the wood tray . I was told the darker color of the wood comes through when etched and nothing could be done . No return on products . Again , very disappointed. I have one that was a wedding gift last year and I love it, monogramming is darker than the tray wood and very easy to read .

Wood had spots all over it and a knot in the top corner. Nothing like I have come to expect in the past. I was really disappointed in this one. :(

The engraving is so light that it is barely noticeable that there is any engraving at all. There was no choice of font so you get what they give you and the font used was not appropriate for our engraving message as the letters are not easy to read or understand (kind of like italicized old English font). Not happy with product.

Was not satisfied with the font on the smaller writing. Emailed to comaplian but was told that the preview was the same. It probably was but was so small it was hard to tell that the & sign would be so so different. Won't give this as gift .... very disappointed.

I am honestly quite surprised that personalization mall would use wood with so many defects! My product looked horrible because of all the natural defects in the wood. I appreciate nature but when engraving wood it should be without all the defects. Very disappointed.

The cutting board was beautiful but I had my own personaliation put on it and it is completely inlegible. This is a Christmas gift for a family friend and I have shown a few people hoping some will be able to make out the quote but none have.

Unfortunately you could barely see the personalization. I was anticipating the arrival and was so disappointed when I opened the box. Was going to give this as a housewarming gift but am quite embarrassed by the way it looks. Maybe someone forgot to look at it before it was shipped. I emailed customer support but am still waiting for a response.

The quality of the wood was not good , the printed letters poor quality they didn’t even burned on top to make it look at least like standing out . Not happy at all. What I received was not close to what you have in your website. Letters are very clear and can’t be read so I saw letters were kind of black or burned in your website.

I couldn't track my order after a few days. I was told it was probably lost I did a reorder. One turned out ok although I did not like that the wood was a little rough in some places, should have been smoothed better. My worst complaint is the wood was horrible. I get it is real wood and will not be perfect but this wood was horrible, it looks like they used wood with some kind of fungus, very blotchy, there is no way I would give this to anyone. I cannot believe they actually used this piece of wood for anything.

I ordered a cutting board for a wedding present. It came with a black mark in the middle of the name. I did receive a replacement in a timely matter but the engraving in the replacement is almost too light to see. I was very disappointed in the quality of the product.
