I ordered 8 personalized wine glasses as gifts for members of my book club. They all loved it. Also, when my shipment arrived, two of the wine glasses were shattered. I contacted personalization mall immediately and they express delivery not 1 but 2 replacement wine glasses for each that came shattered. I’m pleased with the product and customer service!

The wine glasses are exactly as expected, although I thought the names on them would be larger. I'd have preferred larger. But the size they are is more than adequate, is quite tasteful, and is exactly as shown during the ordering process. The glasses are perfect for romantic couples celebrating a special occasion or simply sipping wine together.
