Absolutely love these wine glasses and the ability to personalize them. So excited to give these as a gift to my brother and his wife as they are new grandparents and I had their "grandparent name" put on these glasses. One of the glasses in the first shipment had a blemish on the rim of the glass, so I contacted customer service right away, and included a picture of the imperfection. They responded immediately and indicated they would replace the glass free of charge and that I didn't have to send the other one back. I received the replacement within a week. Excellent customer service!
