The glass I ordered for my daughter was beautiful. It was exactly what the preview showed. It's a nice quality glass, thick enough for my accident prone daughter not to break easily unless she drops it, but not so thick to seem bulky.

This was my first time ordering from Personalized.com and I was apprehensive because the glasses were Christmas gifts for my daughter and future daughter-in-law. Even though the quality appeared to be good in the photos, you are never sure until you actually see the item. I was pleasantly surprised to find the stemless ware to be of good quality and the personalized etching was perfect! Also, the items were delivered before the anticipated date, arriving in time to wrap them and get them under the tree! (I procrastinated and ordered late!)
