Exceeded my expectations! I purchased an ornament as a special gift. When the ornament arrived it exceeded my expections in terms of quality and design. I did not give the proper personalization information and was very upset with myself. I called and explained the situation. The representative was gracious and went above and beyond-she replaced the ornament at no charge with overnight shipping.

Great Customer Service!! I ordered this for my nephew and then forgot about it. The next thing I know I receive an email from the company asking how I like my purchase, but I never received anything. I called the company expecting to get into a fight about it and they were so nice!!! In about 10 minutes they had already reordered my ornament. It came about a week later and looked great!!
