Item came just as shown. Very pretty. I really like it alot.

Overall I love this one so much I ordered the same one for all 3 of my new great grandchildren. It has a good weight to it my only problem is I wished they had used a darker ink on the lettering you have to look really close to read it. It's silver on silver that didn't make much sense to me. Also you can't read the last letter of her name.

I love that I can get the same ornament for boy or girl each year with their name. I have one for each of my 4 grandchildren and they love to find theirs on our tree each year.

This ornament is beautiful and the engraving is very nice. It’s quite heavy. My only complaint is the sticker on the back. I don’t like having to work to remove the sticky residue and worry about damaging the gift in the process - totally unnecessary to add a sticker..

This turned out so cute! Very goood quality. The only reason I gave it f stars is because they put a sticker on it that took some work to get it off. I used the blow dryer to heat it up but then I had to use goo gone to get the rest of it off. Not sure why they did it but other than that, it is a very nice ornament and I can’t wait to give it to my granddaughter.

This ornament came out very cute but it is heavy. If you have an artificial tree it won’t be a problem but if you have a real tree it might hang down too much.

The only reason this didn’t get five stars was because the personalization is difficult to read/see. If it could appear in black engraving it would show up better. Ornament itself is really beautiful.

This is a very nice ornament, only it is a bit heavy.

IF THE LETTERING WAS A BLACK INSTEAD OF SILVER, LIKE THE ORNAMENT, IT WOULD HAVE STOOD OUT MORE!! OTHERWISE, THE ORNAMENT WAS BEAUTIFUL AND I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE! DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT LONG ON DELIVERY!!

When I first got it I saw the date as 10/18/2021 & I was shocked because it should be 10/13/2021. I asked my husband what he saw & he saw the same thing "18". I sent an email with my concern to Personalization Mall, but have not received a response. The "3" is too "swirly" and looks like an 8 - this is upsetting because it is her birth date & should be clear. I am disappointed. The swirl on the preview you show does not have as big a swirl on the top & bottom of the "3"

I love your ornaments and would purchase them in a minute but I cannot bring myself to pay the ridiculous shipping charges. I don't know how you justify such obvious over charges!!

A little heavy

I love the ornament but not happy with the date 9/28/2020. The nine looks more like an eight. The company sent me a new ornament but the nine looks the same as the first one.

This ornament was what I expected and I am pleased it turned out really good.

I bought this ornament for my daughter's 1st Christmas. It came in a timely manner and it is beautifully made. My only complaint is that the ornament is heavy, you need a pretty thick branch to hang it on.

This will be the perfect ornament for my Granddaughters 1st Christmas. Was heavier than expected. Wish the engraving could be slightly bigger since there's plenty of room. Was disappointed to learn that the ornament went on sale with even more percentage off the next day after I ordered it. I order a lot from this company and every few dollars helps. But I'm always happy with the quality of the items I have ordered.

This is absolutely adorable. I cannot wait to give it to my niece (her parent's of course). I love it.
The reason I only gave it a 4 star rating is because there are a few scratch marks to the right side of the bear, on the moon. It looks as though this was from manufacturing the product, not damage from shipping.

The ornament is adorable! It's for my granddaughter who's name is Luna. I wish that the personalization was darker. It would make it easier to
read. And that the opposite side had Baby's 1st Christmas on it.

I thought the product was cute when I first saw it, and after reading the reviews, I was sold. I was surprised at how much bigger it looked in person. It's very cute and can't wait for my friend to receive it. The negative is that it seems to have a few scuff marks or scratches that make it look like it was used. If it weren't for the personalization, someone could think it was regifted.

I liked this ornament, it is nice and solid. My complaint is that it does not say "Baby's First Christmas" on it. I thought it would on the side not shown as it says it in the name. Other than that, it is a great ornament.

The construction and material of this item is wonderfully surprising. Only thing to pay attention to is that it doesn't say "Baby's First Christmas". This was our fault for not paying close attention when purchasing. Otherwise, it's a nice ornament - on the larger side, but very nice.

Sturdy, beautiful ornament. Very happy with the quality. Only complaint I have is the engraving could be deeper. Its kind of light so it doesn't stand out as much as normal engraving does.

The only reason I gave 4 stars rather than 5 is that it’s quite heavy, which makes it a little difficult to hang on a tree. Quality was good and overall - a great looking ornament

I thought when I first ordered this it said "Baby's 1st Christmas" but when I received it there was only my granddaughter's name and birthdate. So I was a little disappointed. I'm going to write 2016 on the star as well with marker. It is a nice quality ornament however.

The font used made the 3 look like an 8 unless you look at the inscription very closely. Other than that the ornament is very cute.

I really hated to give this item three stars because on one hand the date that I had put on the ornament was 09-13 but it looks like 09-18 because the bottom part of the three comes up way too high so I was very disappointed. I want my grandchild’s actual birthday to look like her actual birthday.
Now on a very positive note, these are large and very beautiful her name looks gorgeous nice and heavy ornament and I really really love it I’m just disappointed with a 13 that looks like an 18. so I’m so I’m sad to say because of that I had to do 3 stars.
