I ordered 2 of these. One named started with the letter "B" and was perfect, looked great. Second one started with the letter "A" and not so perfect. The font used made it look disjointed and broken from the rest of the name. I've bought many personalized items over the last few years and this is the first time that I wasn't thrilled with the outcome.

Really pretty & great quality. I wish I would have capitalized just the first letter of each name, but overall this is a beautiful keepsake. Shipped in record time!

The personalization is difficult to read. The 3 looks like an 8. It's not worth the price,

You can barely read the lettering. Item also came scratched.

I order two ornaments online every year fo my grand daughters, but when I visited they showed me that one of their ornaments didn’t have their names on them, so why am I ordering PERSONALIZED ornaments?
