A little difficult editing and seeing before confirmation however final ornament really great!

I was pleased with the way this Xmas ornament came out. I wish I had the option of 1” bigger!

I really like this ornament, but wish there was an option for a square ornament. Someone always gets cut off because the ornament is round and the picture to put on it is square.

Cute. Meaningful. Sentimental. Ordered 3 - One was perfectly centered. One was just slightly off center - but so am I. One was definitely off but I didn't want to deal with the hassle of return, exchange and delay, so will gift it anyways and hope that my perfectionistic child can live with it!

I was disappointed with the setup of the photo and names on the back. The hole to hang the ornament was off center. I did like the size. I emailed customer service and they are remaking my gift.

So darling. My grandson's 1st Christmas was actually last year but he was only 3 months old. This year I put him right at the top of this tree cause he's our little star.

I'm sure I just didn't read the fine print, but it was much smaller than I expected. It turned out well & I am pleased with it despite the size.

This is so cute. I would have given 5 stars but it was difficult to get the picture placed where the string hole didn’t disrupt the picture

This is a cute ornament and overall I'm happy with the purchase. However, the light green color is not as vibrant as the rest. It almost appears a tad fuzzy. It's still a great ornament and that is the only negative thing I can say about it.

The ornament was lovely, and exactly as ordered. Unfortunately it fell and shattered into several pieces. I wasn't able to present the gift to the recipient.

The ornament is a nice quality and came quickly, I took off a star because the picture turned out a bit fuzzy. Maybe something needs to be mentioned about pictures used from the internet might not be a sharp as ones taken directly off your phone, etc. The picture I used was sent to me in an email which I downloaded to my computer...probably "third hand"...photographer to daughter-in-law to me to you.

I love the way the wording forms a little tree which is what drew my attention, but the picture on the back is blurry! This was for my son's college graduation. I can use it, but I am disappointed in the picture.

I love how fun this ornament is with the names forming a Christmas tree. I'm deducting 1 star because the tree and the hole for the string aren't aligned, which causes the top of the tree to point to 1 o'clock.

Very cute ornament. Some of the dot placements were on the actual letters of the names. They were still legible justvwish they weren't on the names.

Well made, but quite small, will get lost on a decorated tree.

Was able to totally get creative on the wording to match my needs, which was so perfect. Photo came out great. This one was a winner for me.

Only wished it came with its own ribbon holder to hang the ornament. I ordered a gift box and I didn't get it

I purchased the matte ornament because I needed the larger size 3.75. The shiny 2-sided one only came in the smaller. The size is perfect, just not crazy about the matte. Shiny in a 3.75 would have given this a 5 star review! Just a matter of personal preference.

Product was as expected. There was some shading at the very top which looked like a manufacturer defect more than anything. Once I tied a bow through the hole to hang it you couldn’t see the shading. It was a gift for a friend of mine and she loved it.

Was a hit with the fam! Felt it was a slight bit off center, but not enough to warrant returning for another. Loved the font and colors! Uploading another picture for the other side was a bit difficult. The computer never seemed to be satisfied with the picture I came up with. Took a lot of time trying to get the correct picture.

I was a little disappointed with my ornament. I put one of my few updated family pictures in. My husband is tall so I had to off center it because of the hole where the ribbon goes to hang it. Off center we all fit with his head slightly cut off but when I got the ornament my husband's head was bent around the side. It didn't show it like that in the picture. I have ordered other things from here and the price was excellent with a coupon they gave me. I would still order from here but was just a little disappointed with this item.

This ornament turned out beautiful with the picture on it. It didn’t look cheap at all and did not arrive broken. The only problem I did have was that the production and shipping did take forever. It was a gift and it took about 3 weeks to actually arrive at my house.

I'm very pleased with the layout of the ornament. The only issue is that the printing is much lighter than the picture online.

This is a great gift if the picture choosen is small.

I ordered these as gifts. One of the ornaments was off-centered and one was missing the ribbon to hang the ornament. I have used this company many times before and have never had a problem. Perhaps it was the holiday rush. I kept the off-centered one for my own tree (but still wish it were centered). All the preview photos were the same, none of which looked like mine.

The ornament was prettier than expected for a last-minute gift! Color was vibrant with a nice gloss finish, and the ornament has a substantial weight. I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 because the hanging ribbon to lace through the ornament was on the cheap side. The packaging was well done in a velvet drawstring pouch in bubble wrap. And what looked like a red border during design, was not present on the ornament — thankfully! The gift arrived quivkly and was well received.

I ordered two of these ornaments for two different families. The names that formed the Christmas tree were off center to one side. I called customer service, and they were quick to send me two new ones that looked much better.

Good quality and excellent service. My only reason for not rating a 5 Star was the hole drilled for the ornament ribbon was right at one of the heads in my photo. Had there been a template showing the drill location, I would have adjusted the photo or used a different one.

Every year since 2011, we have ordered a photo ornament for our family. We look forward to receiving them and completing our tree with that year's special ornament. Personalizationmall.com does a great job with the ornaments. The selection of photo ornaments is plentiful; and the photo and color quality is excellent. I do wish they used a different carrier as USPS seems to delay the delivery process but that would likely increase the price for the ornaments. Despite USPS, we are always elated with our ornaments and proud to display them on our Christmas tree!

Cute, unique ornament. I expected the writing/overall size to be a bit bigger. I feel it could be better quality for the price but i am happy with it

Great keepsake. Awesome gift for chritmas. But beware of where the "hole " is placed on ornament. You can not adjust the photo(rotate) to avoid the hole. Leave a little space at the top if possible.

I purchased 3 different ornaments and 1 of them came out blurry on the final product.

Very nice ornament! Heavier than I expected so hopefully it stays on the tree. Would buy again though.
