The picture side looked good BUT the names on my ornaments are blurry or maybe fuzzy is a better word. It's like this on both ornaments I ordered. No where near as crisp as it looks on the website or in the catalog.

These ornaments were not glazed. They look cheap and unfinished. I was planning to give them as gifts but I’m embarrassed to do so now. Very disappointed.

I’ve ordered many gifts from Personalization over the years. Unfortunately it appears their quality has really gone downhill in the last year. There are multiple white spots on the picture side of the ornament.

The picture on back turned out blurry.

I wish I could say I like this, but it is very dull. Would not recommend ornament on wood.

I thought the date, words and name would be engraved on the ornament. This is not the artistry I'm used to from your business. Not happy this time.

The hole for the hanger goes right thru a child’s face.

First of all I have been very happy with all items I have ordered from this site. On this particular one when I reviewed the item everything looked good. When I got it one person was pretty much cut out of the picture. I was not happy with the outcome but this will not stop me from purchasing from this website. They do awesome work.

I’ve ordered these ornaments for the past 5 years and have always been happy with the outcome. Unfortunately, this years ornament came with a blurry image. Both sides of the ornament aren’t clear. The photo I added was a professional photo of my kids, so it was great quality.

The picture that was shown on preview before I clicked to order didn't show the same on the ornament. The hole for the ornament hook is right through my sons face. It looks awful.

This ornament was all blurry on the lettering side with the Christmas tree side. No quality control and customer service is terrible. Very disappointed with them. I decided to keep this product because it was for myself but another ornament that was for a gift & blurry on both sides has not been approved to return even after sending pictures 2 times. Wish I would have never ordered from them.

Although I have had great success with phone ornaments from here in the past, I was very disappointed in the quality of the photo on the ornament this year. It was quite fuzzy and not very attractive.

For the past two years the ornaments I have received from Personalization Mall have had blurred pictures. I have been getting ornaments since 2011 and they have always been sharp clear images, up until last year. The pictures don’t preview as blurry/pixelated but they appear that way on the ornament. These are professionally taken photographs so I know it’s not poor picture quality. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this ornament design.

The photo was very blurry and not as clear as I thought it would be. Was not very happy with the outcome.

I have ordered picture ornaments for a few years but this year the pictures were blurry. The faces are blurry, almost as if something was added to the picture to soften it. Past years never had the pictures turn out like this.

This was my second order of this ornament. The first one I ordered was blurry, but they assured me that it had to have been the quality of the picture I used. (I had the picture professionally done) So I tried a different picture and when I got it I was so upset because the picture and the wording on the other side was blurry as well!! Don't buy!!

I was extremely disappointed with the quality of this order. The picture came out ok but the lettering was so blurry you could barely see the names. Not the usual quality I have received from previous purchases.

I have been purchasing these ornaments for the past five years. This is the first year ever that I've been disappointed. All of the five ornaments I purchased came blurry and seem much cheaper then previous years. :-(

This particular ornaments was a little blurry on both sides, and it wasn't as clear as I expected. Overall, it was okay.

I ordered this using professional photos and the picture was blurry and can barely make out my families faces.
I ordered the decorative tree to do this every year but definitely won’t be using them again.

The pic on backside was off center. Written 3 times and NO response from them. Disappointed in the customer service most of all!

I used a professional family picture and was so excited to buy this for our family to remember Christmas 2021. Quality was so poor you can't even tell it is my family on the ornament. Color is dark and all faces blurred. What a way to ruin our Christmas Day. Total waste of money and time.

The photo turned out okay, but the lettering printed sideways. so it looks weird hanging on the Christmas tree because one side of the ornament is normal and the other side is completely off kilter. Disappointed.

The hole for the ornament to hang from the tree isn't centered above the tree, and therefore it not only looks cheap and careless, but it hangs crooked. Frustrated as now I have to go search out new gifts for grandparents and I no longer have time to order a personalized gift before Christmas. This was suppose to be a keepsake. It's just junk.

I'm incredibly disappointed. Ordered 2 of these for grandparents and both are embarrassing to give because the hole to hang the ornament is offset (it's not directly above the top point of the tree). It makes the ornament hang crooked, and therefore it looks incredibly cheap. There's no attention to detail given. It's too close to Christmas to find and order another item in time. Now I have to go searching for new gifts...

Both products were damaged when they arrived. Both pictures and words were blurry and one was broken in half

I made 2 ornaments with different pictures. Both of them arrived with bad quality printing. The original images were very good photos but the detail on the ornaments were all mashed together, making the people unrecognizable. I won't be coming back.

The photo resolution was horrible on our ornament. We order from here every year for our photo ornaments but this year the resolution was the worst. You can barely make out our faces.

I have ordered these in the past and have loved them so much, which is why I returned to re-order this year. I ordered two photo ornaments and put professionally taken photos on both, from two different photographers and the photo side of these ornaments came back so grainy you can barely make out the photo. I can’t believe it left the facility. One photo ornament I ordered was a gift for my parents and it was a group photo of us at my brother’s wedding. I’m very disappointed.

II sent in a photo to have a ceramic ornament made. It was entirely too dark!! Chatted with rep at Personalization Mall and she said I would here vack viia email. Never heard from anyone. Sent photo in to another business and irnament looks great!

Be careful when placing your order. A hole was punched right through my son's face on the picture. Customer service states not their problem and will offer 30 percent discount to purchase something else. Quality assurance should be someone who cares about how a product looks before it's released. In this case it was careless. Would not recommend.

My picture was blurry and our names on the back couldnt be read. I was very disappointed!!! I spent alot of money on ornaments and did not turn out good

I am not very happy with how the ornament came out. The picture (which was professionally taken) came out very blurry and just not clear as I expected. I do not recommend buying this for that reason. I love the idea and if the picture was clear it would have been perfect but unfortunately that is not the case.
