The names on my first set of flutes were incorrect. I was very pleased with customer service. I called and gave them my information, I explained the situation and they sent me a new set right away. All I had to do is send an email with the picture of the items.

They are absolutely exquisite. They are tall, heavy crystal, perfectly engraved and good quality. Will be used for my daughter’s upcoming wedding. Very pleased.

These crystal glasses are just beautiful I have Waterford toasting glasses that I purchased for our 50th wedding anniversary and a set of Lennox toasting glasses that I purchased for my other Granddaughters wedding but I have to admit these are more perfect than my earlier purchases.

These flutes came as promised. Absolutely Stunning!

The stemware arrived perfectly. For thiss gift to my grand daughter unfortunately her mother just passed away amd the wedding was cancelled until further notice. As soon as some normalcy returns and I have a guaranteed date, I will reorder this beautiful stemware.

These flutes are so pretty. They are heavy leaded glass. The personalization was perfect. Definitely a wonderful item if you want something elegant to mark a special occasion.

My parents loved their glasses. I had their names and wedding date engraved. The glasses have a nice weight to them and classic design. They came nicely boxed and shipped quickly.

These spectacular crystal toasting stems are absolutely stunning! Similar in weight to my large Waterford toasting goblets! The personalized touch makes them a keepsake to use at anniversaries and other special occasions. They were ohhhed and ahhhed over all day!

One flute arrived with a mini chip in the rim, which was disappointing as the packaging was fully in tact & no teeny piece of glass in the wrapping. Bought these for my son and future daughter in law for their shower gift. Glasses are really nice quality. My only disappointment was the box they came in. I was hoping for a nicer presentation but other than that the glasses are just what I was looking for.

The Reed & Barton crystal Champagne Flutes engraved are the perfect wedding gift. The engraving isn't over powering of the beautiful flutes. Simple but elegant and are perfect for the bride and grooms first toast. Then they will have them for the rest of their lives to continue to toast each other and they will always remember who gave them that special gift.
