The first baking dish I received had a chip in the enamel. It was a simple as taking a picture of the chip and emailing the problem. I sent the picture on Saturday and had a response early Monday morning. I didn't have to return the first one and the second one came and was in perfect condition.
This company really stands behind the products. I will be ordering more Christmas gifts from them.

First off I received this in just 3 days after ordering even though I selected normal shipping. Second, they came out beautifully, I assumed it would be more of a decal or sticker but when I opened it and realized it was actually etched into the dish I was blown away. Great quality and worth every penny.

These were gifts for 3 of my daughters, they were a big hit! Everyone loved them. They are beautiful. I do wish they had other color choices, but we made due with the 2 we could select from.
