Ordered tan color. Print was not visible enough. Should have been much darker. During personalization process, tried several times to get couples names together. Only one given was sideways. It kept changing other words to not be acceptable. Paid for gift box, extra shipping and received very quickly. Would rather have had an opportunity to speak to someone to make this name change, however that was not available. Would not order again.

The personalization and application on the product were great. However, I'm rating this as a 2 because of the fabric that was used. The fabric is thin and has barely visible color which is NOT clear in the website images, or looks like bad lighting. On the website the product looks like just a white pillow background with multicolor font. But in person it looks like someone spilled various colored kool-aid on it and did a bad job washing it off. In my opinion it ruins the product.

The pillow printing is OK. I thought it would be a full pillow but I will need to go purchase a pillow form because it came with a very flat pillow. It was really a pillow cover.

Although the overall look of the names on the pillow was very nicely done the quality of the pillow cover is extremely cheap. It's very hard to tell this from the pictures of the product. I bought it for my Bestie with four grandchildren and I don't think it will hold up to being touched too often.

While I loved the unique idea of listing my loved ones names in the form of a heart on a throw pillow, I was disappointed in the quality once I saw the pillow. The fabric used is not velvet (as described), but a much cheaper form of a velvet like fabric. The names are just printed on the pillow. For the amount of money this pillow cost, I would not have purchased it if I had seen it in person.

This is more of a pillowcase than a pillow. I would not have purchased it if I would have known. Poor quality.

Not a good quality pillow was not what I expected to get after seeing it on the computer. Disappointed

A bit disappointed. It is made of a simple material that is “scratchy” and I thought it would be soft like the blanket. I ordered two different and one is off center. The “pillow insert” that comes with it is less than desirable.

I ordered a pillow as a gift for a grandmother with the names of her children, grandchildren, and pets. The pillow was rather flat and the fabric was not very good quality. I would not recommend this item.

The pillow looks like the advertised photo. But I was disappointed in the texture of the fabric, which is thin and rather cheap looking.

It looks much cheaper and thinner in person. It’s cute but it’ll get thrown in the kids’ room instead of actually used on the couch.

Very cheap. I have purchased personalized pillows online before and have had good quality. This pillow’s fabric is very thin and like thin felt. I will not buy again.

I liked that you can pick different colors but it really needs more stuffing it was flat! Most of all it was very confusing putting the names on there and moving them around and when doing that I forgot a name. So my mom has a pillow with a name missing! They said I could order a new one but it will cost me another $25..Make sure you check your names over and over and over again before submitting your order..

This product was deeply on sale for a Mother’s Day promotion and I certainly wouldn’t have paid any more than $20 for it.
It’s a screen printed image on a pillow that I didn’t expect to look so cheaply made. I’m daily certain that if I washed the pillowcase all the names printed on it would wash right off.

But it came with the image as shown in the preview and it came in a timely fashion when promised.

I ordered this pillow for my mom for Mothers Day. It was a lot smaller than I thought it would be and the pillow was no where near as full as the picture. Overall, very disappointed and the price it cost was not worth it.

I was not happy with this product. For the price, It looks very cheap.
It barely has any stuffing in it... and the names are basically just "stamped" on.

They add the same names a few times to fill out the heart without asking if we want that done. So certain names are on it 2-3 times.

Smaller and flatter than expected, low quality

I was disappointed in the pillow I received. I liked the design of the pillow, but the backside of it was dirty. There was a 3 inch strip that was discolored at the middle of the back of the pillow. It looked like it was from the machine it went through. It was a Christmas gift, and there was no time to replace it before the Holiday.

The pillow is very nice, however one of the names printed twice.

I was not with my mom when she received the pillow, but, to her, it appeared to be only a pillow cover with no actual pillow. She said it needed a filling. I know sometimes such objects are compressed for shipping purposes, but I could not inspect the package to see what was missing. I think the description and packaging should make it clear how the recipient is intended to assemble the gift, because I cannot help her. I feel bad that she did not get what I expected.

I ordered a velvet pillow because I wanted soft.i was sent a canvas pillow.no softness whatsoever to it. Disappointed

Product said ships in 1-2 days I ordered 12/10 it came 12/30 super small pillow and poor quality was def not worth the price

This pillow is a gift for my mother. She loves her family so I added all family members to this pillow to find out that the names are written so small you cannot read them. Several I could not read and I know she won’t either. You are informing people that 19 names can be added to a 4:5 inch heart. The most important part is very small. The shape of this pillow was what I wanted and you only offer this design. Very disappointing and it’s just simply made for 5 -7 names and printed to where they can be read. I hope this helps someone else. Very disappointed to say the least.

The fabric is made of a very thin felt and colors of printing bleed. Returning next week! Don’t waste your time in designing or ordering!

Very poor quality. Fabric very thin. I’m not even giving this to the intended recipient.

I loved the idea of this gift. It was a christmas present for my grandmother. I bought Express shipping and it was not even here when it said it was going to be, then when I finally received it the whole left side of the pillow was completely faded and unreadable. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

•Pillow filler shell is 100% polypropylene. Polypropylene is hard, scratchy, and not a good fabric for a pillow cover. With the price, I was certainly expecting a higher quality pillow cover than this is! It is certainly not worth the price that is charged. I am sure with minimal use this pillow will be pilled up and the personalization will be unrecognizable. I am not at all pleased with this purchase!

Love the design of is pillow but not the fabric. Good luck keeping it clean, the tan pillow always looks dirty, I feel it is the fabric it was made out of, it looked dirty from day one and has progressively got worse. I have washed this pillow several times and have tried everything but it still looks dingy and grungy. I have other tan/cream pillows all look great. It's only this pillow with the issue. So disappointed in the pillow and customer service.

When I saw the price of this pillow I was a little hesitant. Then I thought well if it is that much it must be high quality. I was wrong. This is not a fabric pillow at all. It is 100% polypropylene. Polypropylene is not soft. It feels cheap and looks horrible. I expect that with very little contact it will begin to pill up and fray. I was NOT pleased with this purchase at all. Usually I can rely on Personalization mall . com to provide quality items, and with the price of this one that is what I was expecting. This is definitely a purchase that I regret. I will be rethinking my purchases from here in the future based on this experience.

The ite, is not a throw pillow. It is a pillow cover. Not as advertised. Disappointing to say the least.

The fabric on the tan colored pillow looks like it has had newspaper rubbed all over it. My daughter bought this for her grandparents, with her own money. I’m extremely disappointed. I knew that there would be different variations with the fabric, but this just looks old and dirty. Not a good gift at all.

This is not a standard size pillow. A lot smaller than perceived in the photo :(
