The process was very easy to place the order and try names in different combinations until I found the one I liked. It was delivered in a timely manner. At first I was worried when I saw the small package and wondered if there was a mistake. The pillow insert is vacuum-sealed, but once you fluff it and put it in the case, it’s perfectly fine. So don’t freak out when you see the skinny little pillow!

A Great Personalized Option My grandma is always so hard to buy for, but she LOVED this pillow. She already had a personalized blanket, so this was another great product for her. She keeps hers on her chair.
