I was happy with the care that was involved in the workmanship however I was a bit disappointed in the puffiness of the pillow ~ over all; great product

I’m happy with the pillow cover. The colors are beautiful and the velvet fabric very soft. However, the pillow form is useless - flat and lumpy. I will have to buy a better one before gifting this.

I selected the blue pillow with white lettering. The lettering was crisp and the fabric is sturdy. The pillow and the filling are separate in the shipped package, which I like because the pillow can be washed without the filling in the future. The one thing I would have done differently was the list of names. I put 12 names out of the 21 name limit so the first 9 names were on the pillow twice. In hindsight, I would probably list affirmative words like: love, home, grace, to finish up the list of 21.

The Close To Her Heart Personalized 14" Throw Pillow is a sweet pillow, soft and cuddly. It's a bit of a shock to get such a flat package, but once opened, it all makes sense. I would prefer the fabric to be a little higher quality, especially for the price. Still, all in all its a nice piece and I am eager to give it to my stepson's family as a gift.

Pillow with ALL pet names, past & present. Turned out very nice - just wish I could have picked out the fonts. The cursive names are difficult to read...some names doubled, some not.
Shipping costs are still quite high.

I had a slight concern with the delivery service, but everything ended up working out great. I received it within about 7 days of ordering it. It was very beautiful. Just as pictured. My Grandmother is going to Love this. Thanks for the great service! I will be using this again.

I'm saving it for a Mother's Day gift to my sister-in-law. Wish it had a purple color choice, her favorite.

I got this for my grandmas birthday and she loved it, but I didn’t know she had to put the pillow case on and she had a really hard time because it was super tight! She said she had trouble opening the bags. But she said it was beautiful!

Pillow ordered two weeks before Mother’s Day and was not received until the following week due to USPS issues but my mother loved it once it was finally received.

The pillow is beautiful. And surprised it came with the insert pillow..just wish the pastel was a little more vibrant...I bought it for an remembrance pillow..

I ordered this pillow for my mother with all our names, it was shipped out within 48 hours of ordering and arrived promptly. The fonts used for the names are beautiful and I love the neutral colors that match any decor. The only thing that was slightly disappointing is the pillow insert is pretty flat but since the cover is removable I can purchase a plumper standard 14" pillow to fill the beautiful pillow cover! Definitely worth it, a cherished gift!

The pillows are a great reminder to my family to put their shoes away. Pillows say "put your "f" shoes away. I knew a simple decorative pillow just would not do so I had to get creative lol. The only issue I had was on the back of 2 of the pillows you could tell a piece of string was lying on the fabric while being processed so it left a white mark on the back red pillows. Luckily it's small and in the back so I don't care. That's why I gave 1 less star.

I purchased this pillow for a gift. Along with the names, I added both family and friends for the personalization. It is well made, but flatter than expected. It is definitely for decorative, not functional use, which is why it got 4 stars. I would buy it again.

got this for my 100 year old Mom-put all of her children, grands and great grands to give for Valentine's Day--turned out beautiful. Only complaint was that the font design and size on some areas were the same--would have liked it a little more mixed up but all in all GREAT JOB!!!

We bought a few of these for Christmas gifts but they are a great gift for any occasion. I would give them 5 stars if they were a little fuller.

I was pleased with the quality of the pillow. My grandparents really enjoyed it. The only negative was one of the names appeared twice but not that big of a deal.

This was given as a gift. The receiver loved it and said it was a good quality product.

The quality and design are great and it's a lovely gift, but I'm disappointed with how flat the pillow is. I expected it to "fluff up" much more after I took it out of the vacuum packaging. It should be two or three times thicker. It almost can't be called a pillow

Gave this as a gift (they love it) but suggested I write a review, here is their comment "The pillow cover was labeled as a pillow cover only, not as having pillow, and there seemed to be no pillow included. I almost threw out the pillow except that I noticed a consumer removal tag on the very thin plastic wrap 'filler'; Once I opened the plastic and broke the vacuum seal it expanded into a cute pillow that the case went over."

I bought this to compliment the cutting board with the same design. I have not given it to the intended recipient, yet. I ordered it in the gray color and it is very pleasant. I haven't taken it out of the plastic since I ordered this early for the holidays. It doesn't seem as plush as other pillows that I have ordered, but the fact that the cover is removable and washable is a plus.

After 2 months & several complaints it finally came! It’s very nice, Strong material ! I recommend it only if u have patience to wait a long time!

I love this pillow I had made for my mom with all her grands and great grands names on it. I ordered the tan to go with her brown leather furniture and it looks great. I would give it a five star but the pillow insert seems a shy smaller than the pillow cover which makes the corners flat. Other than that I love it.

Pillow cover is great (for a gift not given yet!). Pillow insert is too flat.

Fun creation. Wish there were more choices in colors of pillow and colors of fonts. Material on the cheap side, but nieces and nephew loved seeing their names on pillow.
