This pillow looks awesome! It would be perfect if it were thicker. As it is, this pillow is only an inch thick.

I put our names in the heart and “will you marry me?” on the bottom. Loved how quickly I received this product. Overall satisfied with product and quality. It served its purpose and she said yes.

This was great! It is a suede like material do pet hair will cling to it like a magnet

I wish they had a higher limit of names you can use. I wanted to add a few more people but couldn’t. I also thought it would be a mice throw pillow. Size wise it’s food but it’s not very fluffy.. it’s rather flat. They could’ve put more stuffing in it. HOWEVER, I got it for three different people and they ALL loved it! The sentiment they loved and it was fun finding everyone’s name.

The pillow arrived quickly and was as pictured. The multicolored printing option is so cute! I wish the names could be stitched instead of just printed on the material, but that would be much more expensive, of course.

The pillow is a good size, and the lettering underneath is great quality. The only drawback was that the pillow seems plainer than I expected and the heart with names is not bold. Still a great company that I will continue to patronize.

I like this pillow but not in love with it. It's cute but not quite what I was expecting. Still going to gift it. Probably would get a different color if I had it to do again.

It looks perfect! Not sure about durability, but it will only be used as decoration, so I'm pleased.

The pillow insert comes flattened so I didn’t want to open it because the recipient will be flying home. I couldn’t see any directions for puffing it up so I emailed customer service. They responded quickly and said to wave it in the air or put in the dryer (no heat) for 5 minutes. The pillow looks beautiful but I can’t really say yet whether it will puff up properly. My suggestion is that something is put in the product description so the buyer knows to expect a flat pillow and how to make it fluff. That’s why I removed a star.

The writing on the pillow was not as dark as I had hoped. Black would have been better

Small pillow but cute. I made His for grandma as a gift and she loved it. Wish I can choose what names to put where. Not easy to add people because some out added more than once so I tried to keep names even between grandkids.

Really liked this pillow - the only think is some names were on twice (which is fine) but not all of them. The quality was good, would order this again. Gave to my Mom for Mother's Day and she loved it.

I am more than pleased with this pillow!!!! The quality is Excellent!!! Very thick case, the print is done with heavy paint, the ONLY reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the heart isn't centered. It's centered enough that hopefully you won't notice once it's on a couch, but it's a good 1 inch off center. Bummer.

I bought this as a Easter gift for my mother in law and she loved it. It looked just as it was shown online very nicely made I wish the pillow was a little more fluffy but it does look great

The order process was so easy. It arrived on time and looks good. Didn't give it 5 stars as a little disappointed that some of the letters are not solid. The item as a whole still looks good and I'm sure they will love it.

Had this made for my mother-in-law for Christmas. She absolutely loved it. I would buy another one in a heartbeat if the opportunity arose!

It's a cute pillow and the recipient liked it. I ordered the multi-colored pillow and didn't realize that the fabric was also "multi-colored". It is a very pale tie-dyed fabric but it looks dingy or dirty. If I was going to order another one, I'd pick a different color.

I gave this 4 stars because I had to add batting to the pillow. It was as flat as a pancake. I would order the 18 inch if I had to do it over again. A bit small but grandma loved it.

Pillow is really cute! It looks just like the picture. The cream colored one was a little dirty though.

I purchased six of these items and am really looking forward to giving them to our children. Each has their own individual family names. I enjoy finding unique items and this is special. The quality is fine with the exception of the color tan is closer to a pale gray and I wished that the outer pillow zipped. I think that would have made for a more finished look.

Personalization came out great! The vacuum packed pillow and case makes it easy to wrap.

This pillow is a gift for a dear friend. I’ve always loved the items I’ve gotten from pmall. It came very quickly which I appreciate. The material and color are both very nice. I gave a lower rating because the print is not completely opaque on all names and because the pillow cover puckers at a couple of the seams. It will be fine but just not as great as I envisioned.

I have ordered previously from this company and been very pleased. Unfortunately, this pillow is not made out of very nice material. It’s not anything I would’ve expected. I ordered it in the white background and it actually looks like a dirty print. The names are done very nicely and quality, but the material is not anything I would buy again.

The pillow’s cover has a very nice, sturdy, yet soft feel to it. The pillow itself, however is not nearly as plush as I was hoping. The pillow cover is not sewn into a perfect square. One side has obviously not sewn correctly.

The pillow is beautiful but the sewing is not well done. The side of the pillow is bunched up.

Love the pillow, but I thought it would be a lot thicker/ fluffier for the price I paid.

The names on the pillow are so small. They’re very hard to see. And one of the fonts is so thin that the name can’t be read at all.

I am very happy with the pillow cover — the personalization, the thickness of the fabric and its wrinkle resistance. However, the pillow form that comes with the purchase is not high enough to fully fill the pillow cover. I bought a new pillow, same 18 x 18” dimensions, but higher/fuller at a different store, and it looks much better. The combined prices of pillow cover with pillow + shipping + the new pillow I bought made this purchase more expensive than I’d intended.

The pillow is very pretty but the size is really 16x16 and not 18x18 as we ordered. Also - The pillow insert is not fluffy and is more flat - so it does not fill out like the advertised picture. I am going to have to buy my own inset to make this look more like a pillow.
