The pillow is very pretty but the size is really 16x16 and not 18x18 as we ordered. Also - The pillow insert is not fluffy and is more flat - so it does not fill out like the advertised picture. I am going to have to buy my own inset to make this look more like a pillow.

I got this for a friend but she only recieved a case and had to buy a pillow for it. It is not what was advertised.

The pillow did not have the same quality as other PM items I have ordered. The cover material is very thin so I don't expect it to last as long as I would hope. One of the areas of text is in such an ornate font that you can't even read it. The pillow is thin, too. However, it is cute and all of the text was correct.

Bought as gift for a friend. Stamping of names was not consistent (ink was not uniform on some letters). Fabric was okay. Pillow form didn't fit well in corners.

I received my order very fast which I appreciated. I am not pleased with the quality of the "velvet." It's not velvet. It's a very cheap fuzzy fabric and the fabric is multicolored which I could not tell in the picture.

I thought it was a little more then a Pillowcase...Love the writing in the Heart,& the whole concept, just wish the Material was heavier like a throw pillow...instead of a Sheet like pillowcase

While I love the names on the pillows, I ordered a tan one for my son and a gray one for my daughter and the colors and writing look very dull and faded. I had hoped these would be better looking but they are very dull. Black writing might have been better. Would be nice to have color options for the print

It a nice pillow but I’m a little disappointed with the look and quality.

I love the pillow. I ordered two pillows and overall I am pleased. The back of the pillows have about 5 lines of print about the order. One pillow has it printed so it ticks up under the fold of the pillow. The second pillow was seen the opposite way so the print doesn’t get covered at all. The print on the back takes away a lot from the nice appearance of the pillow. It makes it look cheap. So super pleased with one Pillow and disappointed with one.

The printing looks fine but I was disappointed in the overall quality for the price.

The personalized pillows are too flat and look more like a small wall hanging than a pillow.

This is a nice idea and it's a nice pillow but I feel it looks cheap. It would be so much nicer if the names were embroidered or raised somehow.

I was not happy with the personalized pillow. While the idea is cute and the names were very nice, the material the names were printed on was horrible. It was fuzzy and not crisp at all. There were dark spots throughout. The material looks dirty.

The size of the pillow is clearly stated on the website however it is smaller than I anticipated .I still like it. (I believe) there is space for 21 names, and all 21 are utilized. Since I had fewer names I had to rearrange the order I listed them so that I was happy with the ones that were repeated.

I was very happy with the personalized part of the pillow. Love the different fonts.

Very unhappy with the color. I chose Burgundy and to me it looks more like a rust color. Now I'm not even sure I'm going to give to grandma as a gift as this rusty color won't match her color scheme in her house.

The lettering and arrangement of the names were great but the heart was off centered on the pillow?? so I have much more space to the one side

Quality is good but capital letters J and S in one of the fonts is not clear. S looks like a L. J was also unclear. Unfortunately I didn’t catch it in the preview and now have a pillow that I won’t use. Sarah looks more like Larah and Jesica looks like Lesica.

I ordered this pillow in tan and another style pillow in tan.
This one is cream or beige, not tan. Be aware the color description
and what you receive does not always match.

I purchased for a gift. The material is thin and it seems discolored/faded. Unfortunately, I am considering returning.

I’d ordered a personalized blanket for my son and future daughter in law and I was so happy with the quality. I had the same expectation for the pillows. I was sadly disappointed when they arrived. The print looked great ‘ but I was not happy with the quality of the pillow fabric or the way the pillow cover encloses the pillow. Very dissappointed.

This is the first time I have been disappointed in my orders. I will have to buy a pillow insert for this as the one included is only about one inch thick. I don’t call that a pillow. So this makes it very expensive.

The artwork is awesome. I would suggest looking at the preview provided since some names can be hard to read depending on the font. I made a swap (changed the order of the names), but once I got the pillow, wished I had made another. I also had more names than the 21 fields provided, so I placed more than one name in some fields, for example, "Frank & Lisa" in one provided field is allowed as long as the 2 names are not more than the characters allowed for each field. If the material was better (not so cheap looking, it is like a light weight felt), this item would be rated 5 stars for sure.

I love the design, but the color is dull.

I was disappointed with this pillow when it arrived, and I regret now not reading the reviews with the lower ratings.  The cover itself has distressed markings according to customer service, but I would say they're more dirty-looking.  Stay away from the tan or light colors.  I don't know anyone who would want a dirty-looking pillow, but if you do or you're looking to get this for someone who has a dirty house, then this would be the perfect gift.

The pillow was nice, but didn’t resemble the picture as much as I’d imagined; the background looked white, but is actually a light multicolor, and the words do not really look like a heart. If this was for me, I’d be happy with it, but I got it as a gift for a friend so I wish the product was as cute as the picture.

This product was ordered in neutral colors and I like it. As expected.

The photo of the pillow appears to shows it to be much more full than the item I received.

My pillow case was dirty on back. Otherwise I like the design.

I bought 2 of these, one for my Mom and one for my Mother in law for Christmas. I guess it’s what I expected, a pillow that isn’t sewn correctly. Both sides of the pillow are bunched and uneven. The pillows are pretty flat as well. Before gifting them, I am have to get more cotton stuffing. Besides the lack of quality, I love the pillow. My favorite thing to gift is personalized items like this. I order from Personalization Mall all the time, and will continue to.

The pillow case is beautiful as I expected. However, the pillow insert itself is pretty skimpy (after I've fluffed it out) and it doesn't look full like the pictures on the website.

The tan is a great color, but the ink on certain names is not filled in completely
