Mug arrived broken but Replaced Brand New and Quickly I am so grateful for the Customer Service dept and rep who handled my request. I ordered 2 personalized mouse pads and a personalized picture mug for a birthday gift and it arrived with the handle broken off. The mug was not packaged as well as it should have. Nonetheless, I sent an email along with pics of how it arrived and explained it came broken and I would appreciate a replacement as it was for a gift. The email was replied to promptly and they agreed to replace and resend at no cost. I am forever grateful as it arrived the day before the birthday so I was very, very happy, to say the least.
I hold a department as customer service in any company as the face of that company and to be able to get a resolution in a timely manner is not only important to the customer but makes the company very efficient and this to me, makes a world of difference in purchasing their products again or not using them altogether and not giving a good review nor good references to potential clients.
Well Personalization Mall went above and beyond and they have me as a loyal customer for any personalized gifts. I placed another order and will be placing some more in the near future. They have great items!
