Personalization Mall customer service worked with me over the phone to correct a wrong date...polite and helpful.
This cup arrived broken, I believe a small piece of bubble wrap near handle would have prevented this. After sending in a Pic of the broken product taken upon arrival, they immediate re-ordered and delivered free.
